Incapable
I paid extra for faster delivery, but I still had to wait 3 months for my picture to arrive. On top of that, the frame arrived slightly damaged, which is unacceptable considering the high prices.
I also asked twice for a refund of the extra fast delivery fee, but I never received any response.
After I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement frame 3 weeks later — but it was the wrong size. Then I had to wait another 2 weeks to finally receive the correct frame.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the delivery time, customer service, and quality control.
