Ordered a bike from this company. Received a delivery date but no tracking number, bike didn't arrive and 2 weeks later, still not arrived. Emailed company numerous times, no response at all. Credit card company are now dealing with it, via a charge back. Do not buy anything from this company
They did not deliver a product I bought and customer service stopped replying to me
My first order was cancelled, and I was told I would receive a refund. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my money.
After the cancellation, I placed another order on 7 October, which was supposed to arrive on 15 October. Today, it is still nowhere to be seen, and I have received no updates or information about the delivery.
I have emailed customer service at least 10 times. Every time, I was told I would receive a response within 24 hours, but nobody has bothered to reply.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have no refund, no delivery, and no proper response from the company.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
My order was cancelled by this company because of an apparent issue with their ordering system.
They sent me one email explaining this and then never replied to multiple emails from myself enquiring when I would be getting my refund.
I still haven't received my refund after over two weeks and still no communication from racelize.

I ordered a power meter from this site in late September. When the charge appeared on my card, it wasn't under the shop's name. It was billed through an unrelated business listed as a professional services company, which is a red flag in itself.
A few days later I got an automated "your order is on the way" email, but no tracking number. Over the next week and a half I emailed three times asking for tracking or an update. I never got a single reply, and the item never arrived.
The money was eventually credited back to my card, but only after nearly two weeks of chasing with no communication at all.
After more research this company is affiliated with Sandals who have their own negative reviews along the same lines. Just avoid and stick with reputable retailers.
