I was a little skeptical about ordering and paying in advance from Mexico but everything worked perfectly. Very satisfied with delivery, finish and feel of the product. Can only recommend to buy.

The box adds a whole other level of authenticity to the iRacing experience for me. From flipping the ignition and starting the car, to having a true break bias knob and buttons mapped to different pit strategies (2 tires vs 4, etc. I race ovals) it is a huge help. And, let's be honest, it looks really cool too.

Overall a great experience
Buying process was easy. Shipping was great with plenty of updates. The product I bought was packaged securely. All in all very happy with the whole experience.

Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service, quick response times. Very helpful with getting me what I need to complete my set up. And most importantly incredible high quality products. My favorite button box yet. Buttons have great tactile feeling and overall looks amazing.

Vorsicht! Nicht zu empfehlen....
Die Box an sich ist in Ordnung man wird international aber bei dem Kauf Prozess nicht über die Zoll Gebühren informiert zusätzlich hatte meine Box hinten genauso wie vorne wirklich viele Kratzer selbst unter der Schutzfolie auf der Rückseite und vorallem auf der Front ....per Email wurde mir auch nicht wirklich geholfen und meine Bewertung auf der Seite unter dem Produkt wurde einfach gelöscht daher hat der Shop dort auch nur 5 Sterne Bewertungen darauf kann man also nichts geben .... Ich kann wirklich niemandem empfehlen hier ein Produkt zu kaufen haltet am besten so viel Abstand wie möglich ....
Bezüglich der Antwort dieses Shops so ist diese schlichtweg nicht wahr ... Die Kratzer auf der Rückseite sind auch nach entfernen der Schutzfolie weiterhin vorhanden da diese sehr tief gehen ganz zu schweigen von den Kratzern auf der Vorderseite.... Meine erste Bewertung auf der Seite des Anbieters wurde gelöscht dies versucht man nun zu dementieren .... Nach dieser Bewertung hier auf trustpilot wurde meine erneute Bewertung auf der Seite dann stehen gelassen und man versucht sich mit Ausflüchten raus zu reden .... Das mit den extra Zoll Gebühren entspricht der Richtigkeit wenn man unter die genauen shipping Informationen geht steht dort das da Kosten anfallen können im Kauf Prozess selber wird man allerdings in keinster Weise darauf hingewiesen .... Anstatt mir also eine gewisse Erstattung an zu bieten vorallem bezüglich der Schäden am Produkt wird mit aller Macht versucht sich raus zu reden und Ausflüchte zu finden ..... Deswegen gillt weiterhin das ich diesen Shop nicht empfehlen kann und jedem raten würde lieber auf alternativen zu zu greifen die massig vorhanden sind ...

Hello Tim, as I mentioned on our previous emails you can find information related to import customs and taxes in the footer of all our pages during the shipping process and also in our shipping policy, and terms and conditions, it has been there since we opened our store in 2020.
About the scratches as I also mentioned in our email, the ones on the back can be eliminated removing the protective film of the Acrylic panel, and the ones on the front as minor as they are we will evaluate them an offer you a solution, even if they could have been produced during shipping or unboxing.
Regarding the mentioned review it wasn’t deleted and you can be sure it’s not a practice we do because Trustpilot simply you can’t, and Judge.Me would penalize us in our ratings.
We appreciate your feedback and will keep working to avoid this kind of situations.

Great button box
Great button box! It looks amazing on my SIM rig! The only small issues I have are, there are some rough edges on the plate that secures the stream deck, and it didn't include any instructions for mounting the stream deck. Other than that it's a great product and I would highly recommend it.
