Very good overall service
*update* - I have tried a number of product from this company now and all have been good and as expected
I will be sending a sample or two off for testing at some point in future as a final gold standard check and will update again once that comes back.
Customer service is very good, answered all questions swiftly. This is always great to see from any company.
The shipping was fast and tracked which is great (and free over £100)
*left in only for context for company reply, but ignore this section* (but it was dropped at a postbox where it sat for a good number of hours before collection by Royal Mail, not so much of a problem in winter... but in summer this would not be great! So I hope this is something that gets updated to being taken to a post office or collected by the courier in future.)
So far pretty happy with the company and I look forward to future orders.

It shows dropped at post box, but was actually dropped at Royal Mail processing centre, you have to scan it in using the Royal Mail app, that’s why it shows as Post box. They tell you to do this but they allow me to drop of up to 7.30pm for next day delivery. I hope you like and enjoy your products.

Initial payment failed but was still good overall…
Initial payment failed but was still shown on my bank statement so that made me panic but it was returned to me and then the second payment attempt went straight through, after that the goods were delivered in about 2 days so the delivery is excellent

Thank you for the review, but payment authorisations are down to our payment processor. They seem to not allow commercial cards to buy peptides. Some prepaid, crypto and stock market cards class as commercial cards. But we have referred this to our processor for there review, in order to make payments easier for our customers. We hope you enjoy using our products.
