Quick delivery! Ordered at a stupid time of 3am for them to be ready for dispatch at 7.30am. Now to try them out

I ordered three items from Raccoon Peptides, including a GHK-Cu vial. When I removed the plastic capping, the metal collar seemed brittle. When I tried to reconstitute it, the top popped off. I have reconstituted products many times before, so I do not understand what went wrong.

I have sent two emails to resolve this and received no reply at all. This service is completely unacceptable. I will never use them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I am writing to follow up on the issue I raised regarding my GHK-Cu product on 6th July.

I can confirm I have now received the replacement brand new bottle, and everything is in order. While I was frustrated at the time and sent a couple of follow-up emails, this matter has now been fully resolved to my satisfaction.

Why wasn't I informed that this order wouldn't fit through the letterbox like my previous deliveries?

As a result, I now have to wait an extra day to collect it because no one knocked when Royal Mail attempted delivery, which unfortunately seems to happen every time.

Given the current hot weather, I'm also concerned that the additional delay could affect the potency of the peptides.

I'd appreciate an explanation as to why this wasn't made clear before dispatch.

Took a few days to deliver but not end of the world. The BPC157 & TB500 seems to be really good quality my elbows & joints feel better already 5 days in. I will continue to order from them & try their other peptides.

I bought 2 vials of AOD 9604 10mg peptide. One was okay, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. The other gelled. The company has not responded to my email of a replacement vial or a refund. Avoid this company.

They messed up two orders of mine. The first time they said that they'd sent it to the wrong address and the second time I didn't get a response at all I emailed three times and I contacted the person directly that helped me the first time and the only response I got was its now sent after five days.
