Entrega fallida cuando no nos hemos movido de casa, ademas tenemos conserje 24 h y aqui no ha venido nadie.

El pedido sale como entregado, pero no me ha llegado. Intentas ponerte en contacto con la distribuidora y además de ser muy desagradables, no ofrecen ninguna solución. Proporcionan un número con la extensión 807. Es todo una estafa

They offer you on their web a lot of phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp ti contact them and they didn’t response at any of them… I payed more to have my shopping until 08 october and 10 october and I have recieved one week later… i hope i never ever have to make another order with this people. The worst experience

No llegan los paquetes. No se hacen cargo. El peor servicio de mensajería que he visto.

La verdad es que no se por que enviaron con este compañía, irresponsable, no se comunican con el cliente, se llevan los pedidos sin ni siquiera avisar, es desastre, ojalá y nunca vuelven a enviarme nada con esta gente, es mas, deberían cerrar eso y no poner a la gente a coger lucha

If I could rate them a zero I would, product was delivered to small so unusable. Asked to exchange for a larger size and followed steps to return. Customer service said it may take 48 hours for return slip and that was a week ago. They are no longer responding to my emails asking for updates on return. Very poor customer service.

Placed an order in December 2021. They took my money and never sent anything. Do not order from them. Do not trust them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

**WARNING ** BEWARE **
This firm has proven to be a very slick Chinese SCAM operation. In thinking I had found an inexpensive route to buying the popular DashCam models, I was taken for $59.95 and 5 weeks of waiting for the shipment to arrive from China. After finally receiving the DashCam, I found it to be of glaringly poor quality. The worst was yet to come!
The return process was delayed countless times with missing or non-available address info. THEN I was told that I would need to pay the return cost all the way back to the Chinese warehouse, at a minimum of $84.55 USPS, or $114.55 to get a signed receipt. Of course, those costs imposed on me made no sense and was the final chapter in a well orchestrated Chinese scam.
Phone calls were never returned. Emails (my primary correspondence method) went from several weeks or longer for a reply, and usually still missing the requested info. UGH!! This firm skirts just inside the laws to prevent the banks from honoring a card dispute and refund (still trying). Save your precious money and a HUGE headache.

Update from 1/28/2023

There's a new villain on the block - Chime Bank, also known as Bancorp Bank. This was my bank from which I worked steadily to receive a SCAM refund from the dreaded Rabbit Quick. Chime at every turn denied my claim, using lies, thievery, and their "Big Bank" status. At only a SCAM claim of $59.95, they deemed me not important enough to perform even the most rudimentary due diligence.

I provided Chime with every piece of the discussion, facts, and figures from the SCAM Rabbit Quick. Chime threw out all the evidence and basically said "F*** you, you're not important enough."

So now at least I've learned the truth of TWO SCAM artists to avoid; Rabbit Quick and Chime Bank. Do not go near either of these liers and thieves. Your money is too hard to come by to trust them, especially Chime. UGH!

I'm giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I ordered a dash cam 4 days ago after paying the extra shipping cost for next day shipping. Not only did they not ship it yet there's not even a tracking number. Tried multiple ways to contact company, wrote 3 emails never got a response also called the customer service number which is disconnected. I have no idea where my order is or if it will even be delivered. I understand things happen especially now a days but you at least answer the customer so they're aware of what is going on with their order.

UPDATE- I decided not to wait and reported them for fraud to PayPal. The claim was already resolved/refund issued due to PayPal receiving multiple claims of fraud from this company. PLEASE DO NOT USE RABBIT QUICK,THEY'RE CON ARTISTS WHO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY
