Tara was great when my quote came back Higher she just said leave it with me for a couple of days then got it cheaper great work.

Tara is absolutely lovely, she has been so helpful and efficient. Tara remembered my call last year and dealt with my call with great sympathy and understanding, whilst being efficient and thorough, during what was a very a difficult time for me. I phoned to discuss renewal this year and Tara was extremely helpful and took time to explain the renewal process. She is most definitely a credit to her employer, is provides "Stand Out" customer service and is pleasant and helpful.

Spoke with a lady called Tara. She was very quick at giving me a call when I requested a call from here she was very friendly and quick with her job. A pleasure to speak to; nice and easy-going. Would totally recommend!!

I’ve been using this company for a number of years and Tara has always looked after me really well.

With this broker for 4 years. Their prices are pretty good, but only because you're not buying much. The claim service is terrible. They use iRevolution as claim handlers and I ended up managing the claim myself, and doing a significantly better job. 2nd non fault claim, I employed an independent claim handling company myself and what a difference.
Now I've cancelled a policy after 3 months, and it had cost be over 50% of the annual premium.
So don't be fooled by competitive pricing. It's like a pub offering £1 beers, but you get it in a thimble. Nothing much for your money.
