I was charged even though I already cancelled my subscription a month ago. I used it for a week and paid for a week subscription and I liked it but I find that it's too expensive coz they bill weekly. 2 days after paying 1 week subscription I made sure I cancelled it in google playstore and checked several times, then uninstalled the app. Well, a month after I got the surprise coz they charged my credit card for $55.00. Emailed their customer service, no reply. Tried calling their phone number and it says " not able to receive phonecall" .

I signed up hoping to try the free trial but once I realized it was not for me, I have been billed multiple times. I feel really dumb for having been scammed and not being able to figure out a way to stop these payments for which I’ve received nothing. Also, there are no ‘account’ options within their app, which they promise in online instructions. Very frustrated and alarmed.

I hesitate to give even 1 star. I never signed up for a subscription I only browsed the website but I've had 3 or 4 different amounts taken out of my checking account without permission and no customer service number provided and I can't even get a reply on website and my bank will not refund my money because I can't get in touch with stylio nor a reply since March. I need my money I live on a tight little budget I'm old disabled and to take advantage of people like this is just shameful. Please do whatever cancel whatever needs to be done for my payments to be refunded. I never received anything to acknowledge my issue

I never signed up to the app,I clicked on the app to see the sight and it automatically took a payment on Apple Pay. I never did download the account and now I am being billed monthly. Please cancel this account and don’t take another payment. Very shoddy business practices.

My wardrobe was always a mess, and I never could get it sorted so that all my pieces go well with each other. Then I spent 30 mins each time to try to make something of it, which isn’t leggings and a t-shirt.
Now I recreated my wardrobe with a capsule Stylio suggested me. It's comfortable, pretty casual, but still there's always something in each look that catches people's attention.
And surprisingly people started to ask me what's changed in me. They could tell something is different. I'm sure it’s my confidence in my style!!

I signed up for 7 days trial and then did not like the app at all as it kept asking me the same profile questions. I cancelled my account and now I am getting charged by them again. I cannot find a customer service number to cancel my account and I cannot sign back in either. Please cancel my account

Fraud! Says they are affiliated with Amazon in advertising. THEY ARE NOT. Just a lead to get you to think Amazon will back their order if it isn’t satisfactory.

Waste of time and money. Had to answer questions 3 times and download app which caused my phone to crash. Did not get suggestions for clothing capsule only got referred to a store site with items that were out of stock. Then was charged for a monthly subscription at end of trial period.

I’m being generous to give it one star. The app is useless. There is nowhere to get help using the App. My eye color and hair color was wrong and was unable to change it. One casual ( sweat gear outfit would cost close to 300. It was very difficult to cancel . Don’t waste you money or time !

Please beware of this scam
They offer you a “style capsule” with well rounded pieces (15 pieces supposedly) that you can mix and match to create perfect style that matches your taste. Once you buy the subscription there is no style capsule. No pieces sent to you. Just fashion advice and a color palette suggestion. Also when you try to go into the option to manage account it doesn’t let you go into the log in section för that option, VERY FISHY

Absolutely horrible. I’ve had the app for a few weeks and its only suggestions have been sweatshirts and sweatpants in awful colours. Not an option to change what styles you want to see. It’s got my hair and eye colour wrong. If it had a spot where you could check off what you want to see, it would be manageable. But the outfits are awful and they disappear after a while so you can’t go back and find them. Currently, I have 10 visible outfits and ALL sweatsuits 🤮

After completing a lengthy questionnaire, I joined Stylio. As soon as they had my credit card info, the app took me back to the beginning of the same questionnaire to start over. When I tried to cancel my subscription, literally 10 minutes after starting, I was told there are no refunds. The customer service is awful - after they said they wouldn’t refund my fee, they stopped responding to my emails. Worst online experience - I would have given zero stars if possible.
