Wouldn't touch them
Look, we understand that mistakes happen. We run businesses ourselves. What we cannot get past is the sense that they simply do not care.
We used Quivo (Logsta UK) to fulfil for our gym equipment brand. Their system declared our £125 product at £5,425.74 for customs. That single error ran through dozens of international shipments. Customers were hit with duties and taxes they should never have been charged, orders were refused, parcels came back to us, and we picked up a run of negative reviews we had nothing to do with. One returned mat alone cost £1,106.85 in import VAT, billed to us.
There has been no apology. No acknowledgement.
One invoice carried around £2,900 in pass through adjustment charges, including roughly £698 of oversize dimension fees across 31 shipments that have never been explained. It took three weeks of chasing to get a breakdown of one shipment. The ticket was then marked as solved with most of the dispute untouched.
And then, with the dispute still open, they sent debt collectors after us. For money owed because of their own error. They said we would be able to dispute it after paying them.
I would not go near this company again if I had the chance.
