Igor night manager - best member of staff
Great experience with Igor - night manager at Quintain living Landsby. Very professional, very helpful and always welcoming with a smile! He is a great asset for Quintain and definitely one of the reasons why people are staying in Landsby like ourselves at W 1108 for years. Quality of staff is paramount for a business with a model like Quintain living. Kudos to Igor !

Igor, the most helpful night manager.
I’ve lived here almost 2 years, every time he’s in and I have any issues or any problems he’s forever helpful.
He greets you kindly, is very vigilant of everything you around.

In my point of view it is good
In my point of view, Quintain Living is amazing and caring about everything but in the last days the bin is full and smelling so bad that we can smell it from the reception.
About the staff, all of them are friendly, respectful and at tent, especially Igor. Another point about the staff in the reception are there different ones every day and sometimes I don't feel safe.
