If you need some really good retail therapy, this is it!!
Its been a while since i've had a trully delightful in person shopping experience and Q&C delivered!! I love love this shop, the ambience, the selection of goods, the friendly staff - it was just the perfect dose of retail therapy i needed after a stressful week. Thank you Neil and team for making my Sunday outing oh so worth it!! I'm more than happy with my wee purchase and definitely coming back for more.

Excellent customer service from Neil, he was extremely helpful and very polite, I’ve not experienced this kind of service in a very long time. I’m so happy with my purchase which arrived very fast as promised and I was constantly kept upto date with the delivery date and timing. Fantastic company which I will definitely be using again

Great customer service
Purchased an item online which arrived very well wrapped/protected but sadly turned out to be faulty. Spoke to a lovely lady at Quince & Cook and it was replaced by post the very next day without quibble. Highly recommend this small business for their level of customer care.

This wonderful shop was a great…
This wonderful shop was a great discovery. I was in search for a particular planter which was sold out from my usual online retailer. A quick Google search later I found my item.
Delivery was prompt. My items were beautifully packaged. I shall most definitely be shopping with Quince and Cook again.

Delivery damaged item
The items ordered were great, the delivery of them however was not. The box was damaged with a hole in the side, which I assume led to the damaged box of one of the items. The other item was fine. A bit disappointed as these are an easter gift.
Q&C responded very quickly regarding the issue with the damaged parcel. This was obviously a courier issue (DPD). I sent photos to show the damage and was happy with the response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so sorry that your box has arrived with some damage. I can assure you that your order left us in great condition as it myself and my husband who pack our orders with great care. I can only assume that the courier has damaged the box.
Unfortunately when your parcels are handed to the courier we cannot control how they are treated, we have never had an issue with this before so I can only assume that an accident has happened on its journey to you.
We will request more information from TrustPilot so that we can send you an email, to find out more and hopefully get some photos we can bring this up with Royal Mail/DPD.
Reviews have a massive impact on small businesses and a 3 star review is upsetting for us, especially when this has been down to an issue outwith our control. Our customers happiness is always top priority and we work so hard to maintain high levels of customer service.
