Poor Delivery
Everything was good with the exception that I had called on the 19th when I placed the order to ensure ground delivery would arrive before 5/27. I was ensured it would. The packages did not arrive until 5/31 but I was never contacted by the freight company. I ended up having to call them myself and had to drive 2.5 hours to the facility and pick them up myself as they said they could not deliver until 6/2 and my event started on 6/2. I picked them up myself on 6/1 in order to have set up in time.

Inordinate or plain false advertising?
When ordering the case, I read on the website that the case would be delivered overnight but took 3 days to be delivered--unacceptable. Please change the verbiage on your we

Thank you for your business and feedback. There is nothing on our website that says the case you ordered will be delivered overnight! Your order was received on Saturday 02/19 and processed the first business day 02/21.

The service and product have been fine…
The service and product have been fine so far. My only disappointment is being charged for a residential delivery to a commercial address. Something in their system is off and not being addressed properly.

The classification whether the shipping address is commercial or residential is made automatically by the carrier, in this case FedEx, and it is not determined by us.
