Slight damage
The item ordered (netting) arrived promptly, however, when I opened the parcel I was disappointed to find a tear in the netting. Luckily the tear was at the edge so I was still able to use it. Otherwise, a good product.

Philip i am really really sorry about this delay. The last one of the Arbours you ordered turned out to be damaged in the warehouse but the new stock is due in to us this week and will be with you later in the week. We had emailed to explain this but in truth someone should have phoned so sincere apologies. Hopefully the quality of the Arbour when you receive it this week will help with your experience with Quickcrop

Components for mini polytunnels
Just ordered component parts for mini polytunnel the day after in the afternoon I received my parcel and everything is perfectly as I ordered.

Good product, good company
I've been using Quickcrop for some years now and I've had very little problems with them. They've always been helpful and their products are really quite good. Delivery is normally very prompt although seedlings have, been, a bit of a problem in the past. Otherwise very good, hence the five stars.

Very good service. I met Niall at the company’s premises. He was pleasant and helpful in taking my order. The goods arrived promptly by courier.
Unfortunately a few small items were missing from the box. However the company rapidly sent out the missing items without questions or fuss. Genuinely pleased with Quickcrop.
