Purchased BBQ table
Purchased BBQ table - no indication on website that it was self assembly. When arrived there were no pre-screw holes drilled- I had to look online where I eventually found a video on how to assemble - however assembly requires tools I don’t have- poor response from quick crop and then they stopped responding to mails

I am really sorry that you had difficulty assembling this unit. It doesn't come assembled and is not pre-drilled as it is a soft wood and easy to assemble however maybe this should have been better explained on the website. We do say that it is self assembly but possibly we need to explain that it needs a screw driver to put together so apologies for this. I checked the email conversations with our customer service and our last communication was Megan asked for photos so we could help you with assembly but we never received them back. I totally understand your frustration and do apologise

I ordered 12 herbs, they were a great price and the fact I could have them delivered was fantastic for me. They arrived quickly and all were healthy and in great condition, they are planted and growing nicely. I would have no hesitation recommending. Thank you.

Some problems with order which were eventually rectified
Sent me my order with a note in the box saying they didnt have two of the items and I'd get a refund. This was problematic for me as the items were a birthday gift for a birthday in only a few days and left me with little time to find a replacement.
When the refund did not arrive I contacted customer services who then assured me it would be progressed by the end of that week.
Again, this was not the case and the refund did not arrive. I contacted customer service when I didnt get the refund, and they said they didn't know why this had happened and they processed the refund immediately (I actually got the refund this time).
Customer service staff were nice and helpful but my overall experience was bad.

None of the above should have happened so my apologies. All of our stock is now tied to the website so products should not be on the website that we can't deliver straight away unless otherwise stated. We are normally very fast to do refunds when they do occur so again apologies that did not get done and you had to follow up. Our delivery time frames and customer experience are normally very very good so apologies that we let you down on this particularly as it was a present

I had two separate orders recently from Quickcrop. I didn't have any issues when placing my orders. I was very happy with the response to both orders, the email was sent to say the items were dispatched and both were delivered the following day by courier in perfect condition. Really sorry to hear this Rona. Your Oscillating Hoe came back to us from the courier broken yesterday with no label on it so it is only now that we know who it belongs to so my apologies for this. We will have a new one sent on Monday and it will be with you Tuesday. Again my sincere apologies for this. The only consulation is that this is the best tool i have in my shed so hopefully you will forgive us once you start using it

Excellent quality raised beds. It would have helped if holes had been pre drilled, it was not an issue for me but might be if you don't have the kit.
