I ordered a replacement head for an…
I ordered a replacement head for an Oscillating Hoe. On delivery the packaging was perfect but the hoe head was broken because the welding was inferior. This damage was so obvious and should have been noticed by whoever put the product into the box. When contacted with photographic evidence the hoe head was replaced without question.
