I am glad that I found the QuickBolt roof flashings and attachments. I have not used them yet, but they appear to be very well made.

We had ordered this equipment on November 5th.

When we called on November 9th to find out why we had not received the shipment, the person who answered the phone said he would check and call me back.

I never got a call back.

When I called again to find out what happened, another person said the first person called me back, which did not happen, and he told me the order got misplaced and was never shipped.

We ultimately had to send one of the members of our crew to go pick the order up because we needed it that day.

Up to now, we have good customer service from your company, but this was not a great experience.

When I was buildingmy house I didn't think about energy at all. I thought that it would be enough to setup traditional energy system. However, I bother about ecological issues an nowadays I think that it's pretty important to start taking care of ecology. I have chosen solar system but I didn't know where to find a supplier of such systems. Fortunately, I found this company which offers solar energy systems for consumers. I applied to them and they seemed to me quite reliable. I asked couple of questions like how and what to do. They politely explained me everything and I ordered a setup and shipping of course. That's the reat place to acquire some solar systems.

Quickbolt is the gold standard of solar equipment suppliers. They answer the phone, are knowledgable about their products, enable same day pickup or shipments, and have good priced to boot!

When a pricing error was discovered in our last order, they acknowledged their website error, and sent the additional parts at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME.

They add value to our company!

With the help of your rep I was able to add to an already placed order to avoid shipping charge for the additional items...Thanks.

One item we ordered was out of stock. QuickBolt Customer Service called almost immediately to notify of us the shortage and offered a substitute which actually worked better than the original order.

Great product arrived with box pretty beat up. All the contents made it to me safely but if it had to travel any further, the box would not have held together. Improvements can be made in the shipping container and or packaging.

I ordered the quikbolt mounts in preparation of removing my solar panels for a new roof. They showed up in just a few days. Amazing! I am looking forward to reinstalling my panels with the new mounts

Your guys and the service level are all 5 stars! The detraction is for the lag between "Pre-Order Now" notice from months ago to actual delivery of the Deck Mount system.
