Great follow up and support of the product. I needed attachments for a Stone Coated Metal Roof and the support staff was fantastic in helping me find the right product.

Just getting started with my first solar array. I've drilled all the holes on my roof into the rafters and will start installing your units Saturday. At this moment, while there are some utube videos it would be great if you produced a drilling into rafters video for dummies so as to help avoid mistakes. Things look very promising so far.

After watching the product video, a 2-man crew of first-timers was able to install 28 panels in one day using these mounts. They are super simple and efficient to use. We got a big rain 5 days later (unusual for SoCal) and everything stayed water-tight. We will be using this system exclusively for all our installs moving forward because it was also very cost-effective too. Much simpler, easier and less expensive than all the other mounting systems we’ve come across. Lastly, product support from our rep was amazing! Thanks Rick!!

Easy to install solar mounts on an existing metal tile roof.

I needed a solution quick and being a homeowner I had a ton of questions. I had to replace my roof and needed a different mounting solution for the reinstall of the panels. The staff took the time and I mean 1/2 hr to an hour and talked through the solution and helped process the order and it showed up in time so that my roofer could reinstall the brackets easily and correctly. Btw my roofer had estimated the job taking two days and it only took 4 hours with the solution. So greatful for the professional service

They have been rather unresponsive and slow about a return. They also seem irritated in general. I ordered solar panel mounts for my roof. Opened the box, and realized they wouldn’t work. Then tried to initiate a return. They were slow to send the RMA label, and am now subject to a 20% restocking fee. (For just opening the box and then sending them back, on my dime).
