So far great experience had an issue but was quickly resolved. They responded quickly and seemed to care. 5 stars

They screwed me out of 30 tablets of my…
They screwed me out of 30 tablets of my medicine, due to an issue that was their fault, their doctors that prescribe medicine half the time do not have a DEA License like they're suppose too, and once the pharmacist see that, they wont allow you to pick your medicine up, once I reached out and told them what was going on, instead of fixing the solution they told me "well just take a loss on this one, reschedule another appointment and well get you a new prescription" so after I paid 100$ for my visit, you want me to pay an extra 100$ in order to get my medicine? When it was your issue with your doctor's license to begin with? Yeah... I highly recommend you look into something else, this was suppose to be awesome and easy, and when I first came it actually was, but this issue i just described is about the 4th time this has happened, at this point im going some place else, they're no hurry to find a solution and even when they do come up with a "solution" its no real solution!!!!

Choose Your Provider WISELY
I have been with QMD for a couple years. I’ve never failed a test or gotten off the program. They refuse to accept insurance because it cuts in on their profit because they say they would be mandated to see limited patients. One doctor even told me they are there to make money and explaining your financial situations doesn’t matter. He was not trying to be nasty but he was being honest. I thanked him for that. But today, I had a doctor that was so rude, it was ridiculous. As soon as the call started, she started questioning me because it had been a month and two weeks since my last appointment. I asked her had she reviewed my doctor intake forms and she admitted she had not. I explained to her that if she had, she would have seen my explanation. That’s when things took a turn. She chided me for being “late” and said I could be “dropped” from the program. I told her I take my meds like I’m supposed to, never broke away from the program and even resort to breaking up my doses to stretch me until my next pay date. I get paid once a month, am disabled and am on a limited income. With everything rising in costs, most of us are a paycheck away from losing everything. She had ZERO empathy and said we were “talking in circles”. I explained to her that regular people do not have financial availability and the money she has and if they are following the rules of the program and being honest with their provider, confiding in them and revealing financial shortcomings, they still deserve dignity and not be threatened with being dropped from the program. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t back down and couldn’t care less about my treatment. I’m grateful for the ability to get seen but if you don’t take insurance, you don’t get to talk down to someone for because they can’t afford to pay every 30 days like clock work. None of the other doctors have EVER spoken to me like that and took the time to read the intake forms. Even when I told her I was skipping a bill TODAY to just get seen, she continued to talk down to me and threaten, although she added that “she” wasn’t going to do it. The sadder part is the entire conversation was about money; not once did she bother to ask how I was doing. She just threatened to cut my dose or throw me off the program because I’m struggling financially. She seemed to expect me to keep my mouth shut and only her words mattered because she is the provider and I’m the lowly patient needing help. Dr. Stephani Luecker DO is who it was and I will NEVER book with her again. The way she talked to me was condescending and demoralizing. Every other doctor I’ve dealt with at QMD is professional and operate with empathy. In this particular program, some people are not very strong and talking to someone like her could set them back. People are human beings, not dollar signs and should be treated as such. That being said, if you are struggling mentally and financially, do not book with her. She will make you feel worse about yourself and that’s not what the other doctors at QMD represent. I highly recommend Dr. Sha-Barbara McDaniel, MD, Dr. Husan, Dr. Michael S. and various others. In fact, a good way to tell the great doctors, they are the ones with little availability. I’ve learned that they have fewer availabilities because patients flock to see them. I chose Dr. Luecker because she had more open appointments than all the others. Now I know why.
It is not my goal to disparage anyone but in a program like this, patients deserve to know what to expect and deserve a doctor with bedside manner, empathy and humanity, not a financial reminder that you’re not worthy of treatment because you do not have access to a wealth of resources during this increasingly awful economy.

I would like to leave a very positive…
I would like to leave a very positive review for my Dr Fred Gardezy he has been my online Quick Md Dr for almost 2 years he is very professional thorough and is always willing to listen and help me with any questions or concerns I have while being on buprenorphine. I am not one to leave many reviews unless I truly feel that a company or person has made an impact in my life and I feel Dr Gardezy is very deserving of leaving a review for he has always been professional honest and genuine towards me and my care it’s what has kept me sober and changed my life. Thank you for being such an amazing Dr and keeping me on the path of recovery and healing it’s completely changed my life I believe without quick md services people like me would not recover and live productive lives he deserves to know what impact he has made on his patients as does Quick Md . Thank you again for helping me get my life back.

Can’t get medication to you prior to running out!
I use QuickMD for hormones, last month & now this one, I ran out of them due to the negligence of this company. The doctor is great, the customer service and whoever runs this program has zero idea whats going on. Everyone will tell you something different. Hormones are something you need to stabilize & its not possible using this app.
They want you to join a membership and then you’re guaranteed a doctor’s appointment every month. If you try to make an appointment earlier than you have to pay more money, but if you don’t pay the more money and make the appointment earlier, then you’re gonna run out of medication. Doctors do not have appointments on the very day that you need them. So you definitely need to plan to pay double. My doctor tried to give me refills, and I received an email from quick MD stating that I had refills. I just needed to contact them when it was time.. so I contact them and they have no idea what I’m talking about, I showed them the email that they sent to me and then I have to wait the day for them to contact the doctor. They contact the doctor and then they tell me that they’re gonna send me a link to pay and I’ll get the refill so great they send me the link I pay. I think everything is fine. All of a sudden I get another email the next day saying the payment didn’t go through.. I look at my credit card and I see that it did. Then it takes them another whole day to figure out that I did make the payment. And then after all of a sudden and done they tell me that I have to make an appointment with the doctor to get a refill. Even though for the past two days, they’ve been telling me that they’ve contacted the doctor that I do have these refills, but I just need to make payment now all of a sudden it doesn’t matter. I have to see the doctor anyway. And of course she doesn’t have an appointment so now it’s already three days out and I still haven’t been able to see the doctor, so once again, I will be running out of medication. I have no idea how these people think it’s acceptable to allow this to happen to patients. It’s definitely not OK to yo-yo people on and off of meds the way that they are. They don’t send it to the pharmacy either in this program. They mail it to your house and that takes five or six days. They don’t even put a rush shipping on it for you when it’s their fault completely that you’re not getting it in time. This month it will be about five days that I won’t have any meds. I have done everything I’m supposed to do and they have literally failed on every single end that they could have. It takes five or six days for them to get it to you and you have to sit around all day waiting to sign for the medication too. My suggestion to you if anybody is going to use this would be to pay the membership fee, but then be prepared to pay an extra doctor fee so you can get your meds on time and then you can take your card off of the site so they can’t charge you the membership fee again because they will you will literally get charged for seeing the doctor early and pay for medicine then They’ll try to charge you a membership fee on top of it. Maddening

Its not worth the money
Its not worth the money. First its 100 bucks every month whereas my old doctor was 30 a month so this is 3 times more expensive. If it atleast was more accurate I would say pay the higher fees but I now have experienced the same nonsense as using a doctor office. By that I mean you call the pharmacy and they say just waiting on your doctor to approve Rx,which should have been done a week ago. Im now looking for a new doctor because QuickMD sucks. You cant even get a live person to talk to when there is a problem.

Do NOT use this platform. You get what you pay for. Providers could care less about you and your issues your just another 5 minute paycheck to them.

Dr. Jerome Homish
I saw Dr. Jerome Homish twice in 2025. He was condescending, judgmental, nasty, and appeared under the influence. He wrote a big lie in his charting about me. The entire experience turned me off. Later on, I looked him up and saw that he had his medical doctor license revoked in Ohio for alcoholism on the job. It all made sense after that. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They obviously have no hiring standards.

I am honestly telling anyone trying to…
I am honestly telling anyone trying to get suboxone, do not give these crooks 1 penny of your money. There is a very big chance that you will never be able to fill your prescription. Im on my 3rd pharmacy 3 days after my appointment and still no meds. Pharmacies will not take an out of county telehealth prescription for controlled substances. They put it all on you. And every time it's denied, it takes them 24 hours to get it to the next pharmacy for denial. Save your money.

I reached out to quick md for help and…
I reached out to quick md for help and specifically told them Suboxone doesn't work for me I've tried it before and it only made me nauseous and terrible feeling but I have had Subutex giving to me from friends and it helped me and I was able to get off hard core drugs with it but without a script I was only able to get clean for few weeks till I ran out and had to go back to the street drugs I was completely honest and was hopeful they would have compassion to give me the one thing that will work for me to get off everything but they refused an even though I know several people personally that get Subutex from quick md that have no proof for them being allergic to naloxone I know this 100 percent and they have got them for years from there I told them I didn't want the Suboxone but they sent a prescription in anyways after telling them I didn't want it it doesn't help me and I didn't even pick it up and they won't give me a refund either I paid 100$ to have someone not listen to me or acknowledge I directly said I don't want the Suboxone it only makes me sick and nauseous I tried reaching out for help and now I'm in no better situation than before and screwed out of a 100$ to top it all its sad there's something that could change my life possibly save it and can't get it while everyone I know that used quick md gets it specifically Subutex because it helps them
Paying a 100$ to talk to someone that doesn't listen to you or seem to care about you at all is so disheartening

Quick MD well worth it
Quick MD was seemingly, amazingly smooth. Their services are so easy to access, and the representatives are more than kind and empathetic to whatever it is your needs are. Highly recommend if it’s suitable to anyone in which, cannot see a doctor and/or get to an appointment.

10 stars if I could...
I have to find all the places possible to leave a 5 star reviews for this company. I have been a patient for over 3 years. Any issue I've had has been resolved within hours, no exaggeration. Even with needing to have them contact my pharmacy. Dr. John H is the most amazing MD I've ever worked with, and Im a nurse, I've worked with many. He knows me, asks about my family, he knows what I'm doing month to month, fixing my house, getting a puppy, he remembers my childs birthday. He provides professional, educated evidence based care monthly. He cares and is great at his profession. Thank you Dr. John H., thank you QuickMD, thank you for making recovery a viable option for me in my rural area, and allowing me to live life as a human, not an addict. This website allows you to see MDs on your time, in your home, at a cheap price. They have made so many new options available, from sending scripts to you thru the mail, to offering counseling services in the app. I can not say enough about the impact that the QuickMD team has made to my life. I am forever grateful, and loyal to QuickMD.

Do not trust these sales people they will say anything to make a sale.
I was told and through their tracking my delivery was at the postal service. After recieving a letter from Custom it was refused. They continued to tell me it was with the Postal Service. Now they tell me it is not refundable.
In the meantime i am dealing with 2 other employees from this company about placing another order guarenteeing me it will be delievered. Do not trust what they say even their guarentee means nothing. They are just giving a sales pitch.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don't know what's going on with this…
I don't know what's going on with this company and their Doctors lately. First of all I've been using QuickMD for quite awhile and have loved the convenience and mostly great experiences until recently. It seems like these Doctors want to give me a hard time prescribing the same medications I've gotten the whole time. I even try to stick with the same providers just so things continue to go smoothly but they are becoming rude and seem to have an attitude. I guess making easy money from home seeing patients over the phone is old to them now. It was the best thing ever when it was new and exciting. Its almost time to schedule again and I'm nervous about finding a provider that will #1 prescribe the same medications I've always gotten from them #2 that won't give me a hard time and not have an attitude.

Recommend 100%
I had a great experience. I was able to book a same day (within 20 min) appt for my medication. My provider reviewed all of my documentation that I sent in and called my pharmacy. I was able to pick up my meds within an hour. I have been searching for a provider for MOUD for months since I moved. This option was a rare find and I am so grateful!

Unscheduled Visit and Charge
This company set up a surprise visit on my behalf, charged me for it then refused to give me a refund for the visit I didn’t schedule. I checked this app last night, November 10th. I had no upcoming visits. I got a random notification at 9:45am saying I had a visit today, and it was scheduled by me on November 8th. I wasn’t even on the app on November 8th. I contacted them to get refunded for the visit I didn’t schedule, and they absolutely refused. I’ll have to go through my credit card company to dispute this because it was not me who scheduled that visit, and it certainly wasn’t scheduled on the 8th. What a scam.

Relief at last!
After 20 years of opioid use for multiple work related injuries, I found a way out. Thanks to NP Patrick W. A very compassionate and thorough tele visit. I finally am confident that I will be opioid free without the horrible withdrawal feelings. My caregiver was the best . Hands down . I hope he is recognized and justly rewarded for his skills. Thank you.
