Misleading advertising.
I got a letter saying that my business was pre-qualified for a $150,000 loan. After I submitted every single piece of information they requested, they denied what turned out to be an SBA loan. There was no such thing as "pre-qualified". Misleading advertising.
Victor, their representative, was very professional in the whole process but could not explain the contradiction.
