Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs!!!! Awful attitude and manners. Asked them not to tread on carpets with muddy boots and they took issue with this. They disregarded anything I asked of them and were rude. They did not take any care of my furniture items and caused irreparable damage to my bed frame and my dining room table.
I wish I’d never called them.
When I complained to the manager having realised of the damage a meagre £50 compensation was offered and I was even charged for 20min of overtime, meaning the compensation would have made no difference as the value of the items is far more. In any case no refund has been awarded yet… and they are now refusing any compensation.
They also did not take care assembling the beds and lost some of the fixings for the slats.
Needless to say, they’re rude and incompetent.

I think their response illustrates my point perfectly. I have not received any financial compensation for my losses, which were damages directly caused by their negligence. I was obviously happy to pay for the services but these were not adequately provided and left me with damages. Even a refund wouldn’t equate the value of the items, so this was obviously not my agenda! I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Stephanie, this review perfectly illustrates the real issue.

From the moment our team arrived, the tone was hostile. Complaints started immediately and never stopped. Within the first 20 minutes the crew were ready to refund you and leave, not because of the work, but because of how they were being spoken to. We had to step in from the office and actively persuade the team to stay and finish the job professionally. It was that bad that we even offered them an incentive to stay. Most companies would have walked away. Ours stayed.

Despite the constant criticism, the team carried on, laid blankets on the floor to walk on, followed instructions, made repeated adjustments, and completed the move. The attitude never improved. The complaints continued during the move, after the move, and clearly even now.

You also claimed items were missing. They were not. The item you said was lost was handed back to you on the day. That did not stop the complaints from continuing. It simply moved on to the next issue, and then the next.

Once the job was finished, the focus shifted exactly where it always was. MONEY.
Requests for money off the bill followed, wrapped in ongoing accusations. We do not operate that way. We do not reduce bills after completed moves because someone continues to apply pressure.

Our movers are professionals. They are not there to be spoken down to, criticised from minute one, or treated without basic respect. They were there to work, not to be disrespected. In all honesty, we regret not walking away early on, as that would have avoided this entire situation.

When someone makes it impossible to complete a job without constant hostility, it becomes a behaviour issue, not a service issue.

For clarity and fairness to anyone reading, you have achieved something genuinely rare with us. You are officially the most difficult and rude client we have dealt with this year 🏆. If there were an award for it, it would already be on your shelf.

The job was completed. The time worked was charged. No discount is being given. This matter is closed.

‼️Reading the negative reviews; seems to be a repetitive behavior of this company when they want to drain your pocket- the owner response to the bad reviews are unprofessional and petty.

We experienced the same today! Unfortunately. The two men in van are great and polite despite being late, they received help from my family, however it still took a long time as my family noticed they started to move slow.

We left 5min after the drivers and they arrived after us - I presume driving around to waste time!

My mother over heard the man on the phone who I presume owns the business telling the driver not to release the last batch until we pay him - bullying tactic

We asked for money off - which he stated no. We ended up paying £998 for two trips.

- Damaged our 60inch TV and does not want to pay compensation…

As stated previously from other reviews on google as well the owner has bad customer service, he doesn’t take accountability, extremely petty and over charges for he’s fees.

- the owner refuses to provide an invoice of final payment , as I asked for a price breakdown.

I would not book with them again or recommend! - I should have read the negative reviews before ever thinking to book with them!

This company is run by a bunch of arrogant criminals who quote one fee online then try to add extra double fees and attempt to charge you triple for the same timeframe and the same hours they have already charged you for.
Booked this company online to move my remaining items and paid a deposit of £69 towards £252 the online booking quoted fee that was due upon completion of the removal into a storage. Agreed the overnight fee of £150 plus VAT from 8 pm -8 am and for the driver to take all my items into the storage at 8 am the following morning. .Once the driver started offloading my items I was sent a text to pay extra 4 hours at 190 per hour plus VAT bringing it to a new total of £803.
I asked Addison to explain this new total of £803 and he said it was including the overtime of 4 hours on top of the overnight fee of £150 plus VAT we agreed previously. Told these extra hours are from 8 pm . However, this is the same time frame I agreed to pay the overnight fee of £180 8 pm -8 am for
The loading of the van was completed within 2 hours. I agreed to pay the overnight fee of £180 from 8 pm till 8 am the following morning . The driver called me in the morning at 7.38 am to tell me he was driving to the storage to offload my items The driver started offloading the van before 9am Shortly after 9 am I was texted by Addison to pay £803 . I asked for an explanation of the new total of £803 as it was different from what we agreed and he texted back threatening me that if I did not pay the demanded amount of £803 that they would drive away with my items

The Que Removal quoted

Below is a breakdown of the costs:

• Outstanding balance (initial booking is £252): £189.00
• Four hours overtime (plus VAT per hour): £434.00
• Overnight storage fee: £180.00
• Total (including VAT): £803.00

I explained that we did not agree overtime of 4 hours for the time frame already covered by the overnight fee of £180.As
I was then in transit travelling to my destination by plane the Que Removal stole my items from the van that was meant to offload my items into the storage I paid for without my consent or knowledge and instead took my items into a random storage in London.
Once I reached my destination I agreed the amount that included the initially quoted fee 252 plus the overnight fee of £180 in full .
However the Que Removal company started demanding I pay the storage fee, the fee for extra 4 hours etc and holding me at ransom to either pay these phenomenal storage fees of £190 plus VAT per day or not have my items back.They threatened to dispose of my items as I did not agree to pay the demanded unlawful extra fees.To this day
I am still waiting for my items to be made available for collection free of charge from this random storage they took them to without my consent or knowledge!
These men should not be allowed to trade!
They behave like a criminal gang.
They have also been reported to the trading standards agency by their own regulatory body
Stay away from this company .
AVOID AT ANY COST !!!!

The service was terrible

As my review is not favourable, Que Removal have been very quick to dismiss it as fake without any basis for it, shows how wiling they are to accept criticism and use it to improve their services. There is no option on Trustpilot to attach images so I cannot show the quote they sent me, the receipt for my deposit payment and the screenshot from my bank statement showing the balance I paid by bank transfer on the day of the move. All of which I have. I paid £86 deposit on 13/08 via Apple Pay, receipt number 1390-2046, then £374.98 via bank transfer on 17/08 to account holder Weyinmi Addison - Que removal

The service was terrible. All the stuff to be moved was packed and stacked neatly ready to be moved. A total of 60 boxes, 2 Ikea chests of drawers, a bedside table and a narrow/short bookcase. I booked them for 3 hours and just to load everything into the van took them about 2 hours. The older of the 2 men was utterly lazy and when we got to the new place I was moving into he took it upon himself to stay in the truck and do nothing other than push the items to the front for the other guy to pick up. The friend helping me and I ended up working harder than the removal men because 1. the removal guy asked us to help and 2. otherwise the move would have taken all day. They ran over the booking by an hour which I had to pay for. If I had wanted to do the move myself I would not have hired anyone and got conned because that is exactly how I feel, conned. I paid for two men but nobody told me that only one would actually work. Also, they were very unprofessional and kept complaining about the boxes being heavy, boxes that had been packed and stacked by a person much smaller than them. I do not recommend this company at all, very expensive for what they actually do on the day and not at all worth it.
