I've been a Quattro customer since 2018. Recently purchased a vehicle-specific winter wheel and tire package for a 2025 VW Atlas, mounted and balanced, ready to install.

Immediately after installing, significant vibration at highway speeds made them undriveable. Assuming a wheel weight came off in shipping, I had them rebalanced locally. Same problem.

I contacted Quattro, noting I was suspicious about excessive play in the center bore (these are advertised as hub-centric, no rings needed). Rather than address this, they required I follow their specific rebalancing process with detailed reports. During this, they deemed one tire defective and sent a replacement. Rebalanced again. Same problem.

After two months of this, I bought different wheels out of pocket - same center bore spec - and mounted the same tires. Problem completely gone. Same tires, same lug nuts, same torque. Only variable was the wheels.

I sent Quattro video showing their wheels have excessive play on the hub compared to OEM and the replacement wheels. Their response: there's supposed to be a gap, otherwise the wheels risk cracking. This is nonsense - hub-centric wheels require close tolerance to the hub for proper centering.

Throughout this process, never once did they acknowledge their product might be at fault. Instead I was treated like someone trying to return used wheels dishonestly - despite spending months and hundreds of dollars following their process trying to make the product work.

I'm now stuck with four unusable wheels.

I purchased the tires and rims on November 4th. At first, I was told that the rims were out of stock, and later I was told that the tires were out of stock. I waited for three weeks and asked when the order could be shipped — they said it was being assembled. Another week passed and it was still “being assembled.” It was only when I requested a return and refund that they told me that only one tire had arrived and the other three were still not in stock (after I had made countless phone calls).

Eventually, I requested a refund. In the end, I had no choice but to go to a local shop to replace my tires in snowy and icy weather. Ultimately, even after one month since my purchase on November 4th, I still never received the winter tires.

Easy to shop for tires for my Audi, ended up getting some steel rims and el cheapo Chinese tires. Tires are quiet and work well shipping only took 4 days tires were built and balanced I have no complaints .

Buyer beware . Walk away from this company . Longtime customer lost . We have purchased many tires for ourselves and family From this company. And Referred over 25 people. The first few times there was great customer service and sales people great. After sales and management horrible. Beware if you have a problem with your tires, they are not there to help you warranty is awful. They sent me faulty tires and instead of returning immediately they are sending me to have testing at my cost. Timeline has been over a week. We are trying to get our car back on the road. Refund me or send me tires.

I'm a long time customer. On my last order, Quattro sent me 3 new tires and one old tire from 2023. As a long time customer, I thought this would be easily solved. WRONG! They insist that they can sell tires up to 5 years old! Their own website says to check the DOT and that after 6 years it's time to replace the tires. I don't do much mileage, so I have to change my tires according to age, not treadwear. By giving me a tire from 2023, they're robbing me of an entire season on the whole set. I tried to calmly explain this to them, but they're "standing firm." I'm a long time customer and have never complained before. I paid for 4 NEW tires, not 3. You've lost a loyal customer and a few more who read this review.

I've bought tires and wheels over a dozen times from quattro, the prices are always the best. Never had any issues and there my go to for tires

WE had an excellent customer service experience with service agent Victoria. We called to check to make sure the size was correct. She gladly confirmed it and then reviewed my invoice. She saw I forgot to take my 10% discount and she applied it. This shows her integrity as well as the integrity of the company to make sure that they have a satisfied customer. 5 stars for Victoria and Quattro tires.

As I predicted after my bad experience with the Company in Quebec, There seems to be a lot of people being treated badly!

Tires arrived a couple of weeks later, after ordering, and verifying the order. The wheels and tires were delivered as promised and all ordered hardware is acceptable as well. Happy customer. Will order from them again.

Poor customer service. Rude manager, 3 days for a call back for an issue with an order. Completely unacceptable.

I recently ordered a set of winter tires, wheels, and paid for an installation kit. I received the tires and wheels within a reasonable time frame but did not receive the installation kit (I did do multiple sweeps of the inside of all 4 tires--nothing). I had called to notify the company of the product not received, and was told that an employee would call me back. I hadn't heard after a few days so I called again, a service rep said "Hovig" had tried to call me but he said I rejected the call which simply wasn't true--I was home all day and had 0 voicemails. After 3 weeks, 5 separate phone calls, and 1 unanswered email, I got quite fed up and wound up requesting a refund for the installation kit I never received. It was such a frustrating and negative experience and no one has closed the loop about any investigation into what happened as they said they would. I'll be avoiding this company at all costs going forward.

The first time I ordered I was a little nervous because of the reviews on this site. But I'm already ordering 2 orders:

Everything arrived very quickly, the tires are fresh this year. The most important thing is that these sets of tires came out 300-400 bucks cheaper than in the famous CT or C. I highly recommend quattrotires.

on April 08, 2024, I contacted Victoria for buying a complete set of 4 Continental Contact 7 winter tires on silver alloy rims.
During the phone conversation with Victoria, i was asking about tires DOT that they sending, she was saying usually a year or a little over a year old but not like 3 year old tires.
I received the set on Apr.23 but the rims sent were Black, not Silver as requested.
I Contacted Quattro Tires right away, mentioned the issue and was confirmed with Carol Anne Johnson that it was an error and agreed to replaced with a Silver finish rims set.
the wrong set was picked up and the new set was delivered on May 08, 2024.
This time when i unpack the set, as they are winter tires and are directional tires, the two tires on one side are 4 year old tire made in Germany and the the other 2 tires on the other side are 3 year old made in Russia. Also the lug nuts set came with the set is Black, not Silver.
I immediately mentioned to Quattro Tires about this issue belongs to Safety concern, each side tires are not having exactly the same quality and performance when they are productions from different manufacturing countries and will give an unbalanced effects in case of emergency, also 4 year old tires are reaching 2/3 of they life expectancy ( 6 years) to give proper performance.
I requested for sending them back for a refund.
Carol Anne Johnson replied as the paragraph below:
" If it happens that you still want to return the set, a transport fee of $88, a handling fee of $40 as well as a restocking fee of $124.79 plus taxes will be deducted from the refund upon return."
I Also sent an email to their Manager Omar for comments but got ignored.
I am really not satisfied with this kind of service at all and want the consumer to be awared of my case and think twice before putting and order with Quattro Tires.

Customer service is subpar. Received wheels and tires and one wheel came with a decent sized gouge and scrape in the outer lip and another wheel with some light scuffs to the outer lip. I unfortunately did not notice the damage until after I mounted the wheels, and as per their policy, they will not cover it once the wheels are mounted. I emailed them 2 days after I received the wheels (the day after I installed them) but they would not make an exception to their policy. I did not even drive the vehicle as it is not even plated and it was parked in a garage.

They did offer me a ~53% discount on the one wheel, but I'm still not happy with my overall experience. Not much care was put into mounting the wheels. They have good pricing but I don't appreciate their customer service. I will shop elsewhere.

Worst online tire company avoid at all cost. Customer service, road hazard and rebate all a scam. Bad experience and will never purchase from again. Hopefully this review can prevent others from experiencing the same.

Worst company to deal with do not buy tires from them. Worst customer service a very bad after sales service. They do not even own the warrenty.

This company sent me tires more than 4 years old DOT . When I complained they refused to change them and this is when they showed their bad manners and their unique ways to treat Customers with disrespect. Dealing with these people was the worst experience ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wheel rim came with huge scratch. They did not have the rims as ordered on their site and were terrible at calling me back, rude and uncaring. Do not order wheels or rims from them. Go to your local shop and get them to order that way there is a gaurantee on quality and work. Quattro tires is a legal scam. Tires are at least a year old, rims will be damaged. This is how they get rid of defected/old or unpopular tires and rims.

I had to spend signifigant time on the phone, as my postal code threw them for a loop. So I thought I had it all figured out, I called them again, as their system didn't like my credit card info.

I sat back and waited for my tires, then I get a phone call telling me I should have received an email from some email address that I've never heard of, so of course practicing online safety, I didn't open the email from @#$#@$$%@whatever, immediately I deleted it!

So they wanted me to give them a digital code, which I could "only" get from my mobile/banking/app.. I don't have a smart phone only a dumb one, so I asked them to clarify.. Within minutes my order was cancelled.

Most difficult company I have ever dealt with online.

I got a nice price on 4 winter rims and tires, balanced and shipped to my door. Timely delivery and I installed without issues. 3 winters later, and with low usage (tires still look like new) I am changing all 4 tire valves since 2 broke this January, while parked in the driveway. So I don't trust the other 2. I thought winter tires would come with winter resistant valves, but what do I know? I will get my next tires from Canadian Tire for peace of mind. I am over sixty and I have never seen valves broken sheer off at the wheel like these. Valves unsafe at any speed.
