Absolutely amazing experience with Duncan. The issue experienced with our motor movers was through no fault of purple line, and really I should have gone back to the dealer who we bought the caravan off. But from the very first contact, Purple Line have been incredible. Truly a 5 star service. Shame the same can’t be said of caravan dealership.

I had a fantastic experience with Purple Line. From the moment I contacted them about the issues on our caravan movers, they were responsive and accommodating. Chloe was the person taking over the communication. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She rapidly despatched the parts I needed for the movers and got it the next day, now fitted and problem solved. Highly recommend...

Had the pleasure of speaking to Duncan, I had a problem with the motor movers and Duncan was spot on, he emailed me and called me the next day. Explained everything sent me instructions on how to repair, the customer service was 100%. Thank you very much Duncan for all your help it actually makes a change to be able to speak to someone and get a problem resolved so quickly I would recommend this company. 🌟

I contacted this company with a problem on my quattro caravan mover. ( A old mover ) I got a reply from Duncan who could not be more helpful. Duncan solved the problem and it all works like new again. Customer service is excellent, First class service. Have a mover on my catering trailer - for which the Purple Line mover was a game changer as it allows me to maneuver into tight spaces to trade.
Really, helpful team with a special shout out to Chloe and Duncan who got the problem solved quickly and efficiently! Very, very grateful as have a full summer schedule!

Contacted Quattro regarding identification and rectifying fault on an old Enduro motherboard and handset. Point of contact was Duncan who requested photos and video to establish fault. With this information he was able to suggest a couple of options to rectify this issue. Throughout the process he was either an email away or at the end of the phone. I can’t recommend his service more highly a pleasure to do business with.

I had a problem with the handset on an older model, Duncan replied and was extremely helpful in talking me through how to fix it myself as they were no longer available. Unfortunately it was beyond repair, but the customer service and help was first class and I would recommend anyone consider Quattro for the outstanding customer service alone.

Had a problem with my current motor mover remote. Duncan did his best to resolve the situation and I only wish every customer service individual was as helpful when dealing with a customer with a problem as he was.

Unfortunately the issue was with the handset and was terminal.

New controller box and remote ordered on his recommendation. Awaiting delivery and he emailed offering to talk me through the fitting and syncing of handset if required.👍👍👍👍

My second caravan with these Movers and they work great. Powerful and the quietest around. I had an issue due to leisure battery and the people at Quattro were amazing with their support and advice. I can highly recommend them

Had a problem with my (old) Purpleline Enduro caravan mover.
Contacted Purpleline support and got excellent personal support from Chloe Littleboy.
Chloe went the extra mile offering several options for fixes.
Because of Chloe's excellent support it helped me decide to stay with Purpleline products and upgrade to a new mover.

Had an issue with my caravan motormover and called Purpleline to ask for advice. Spoke to Duncan Evans who went a step further asking for a video of the issue and within a few minutes of receiving it he arranged for an engineer to visit at our storage site on return from our caravan site visit. Brilliant customer service. Mover replaced by local engineer on Saturday morning.

Whilst engaging the motor-mover, one of the two drive motors failed to slide forward against its designated caravan wheel. It's quite tricky understanding the mechanism as it is underneath the caravan. Although a mirror helped, I was unsure about how to fix it, or if it was even possible without workshop space.
A call to Quattro resolved my knowledge gap. I was immediately connected through to Duncan on their tech support desk. I was so impressed: not only did he take the time to understand my problem, he also sent me a fully illustrated repair guide. As a result, I managed to fix it using the correct easily obtained part and without jacking-up. It saved me a garage repair bill and all the associated grief!
