I’ve had a very positive experience with Quartz Clinique. From the initial enquiry through to the procedure itself, the team have been consistently responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

What stood out for me was how clearly everything was explained. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were happy to answer questions and talk through options so I could make an informed decision.

I’ve now had my septoplasty and, so far, everything has gone very well. The care on the ground was well organised, and the team were attentive and reassuring throughout, which made a big difference.

Overall, I’ve felt supported at each stage of the process and confident in the care I’ve received. Based on my experience to date, I would certainly recommend them.

Recientemente visité la clínica Quartz en Estambul para realizarme varios tratamientos estéticos. Quería compartir mi experiencia porque, aunque el centro tiene renombre, mi paso por allí fue agridulce.

​Lo positivo: Instalaciones y Atención Inicial
​La clínica es visualmente impresionante y la atención al cliente inicial es excelente. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables y te hacen sentir bienvenida desde el primer momento. La doctora demuestra tener conocimientos sólidos y, afortunadamente, no sufrí ninguna quemadura ni daño en la piel; técnicamente, el trabajo parece estar bien hecho (aunque aún es pronto para ver resultados finales).

​El proceso: Rapidez y Precios
​El sistema funciona así: la doctora te evalúa en 5 minutos y su ayudante te da el presupuesto. Me ofrecieron 5 tratamientos y elegí 3: IPL para manchas, uno para alisar la piel y otro de micro-agujas para mejorar la calidad.

​Dato importante: Los precios son muy similares a los de España. No vi una diferencia económica que justifique el viaje solo por el ahorro. Por ejemplo, el tratamiento de ojeras me pedían 700€, algo que me pareció excesivo.
​Lo que no me gustó: Trato "comercial" y falta de humanidad
No me realizaron ningun test para ver mi tipo de piel ni analizar las manchas.

​Lo que realmente empañó la experiencia fue el trato humano. Me sentí como "ganado" o un simple objeto en una cadena de montaje:

​Prisas por el pago: Te llevan corriendo a pagar antes de empezar, lo cual genera una sensación de desconfianza desagradable.

​Falta de profesionalidad en cabina: Al entrar a la sala de estética, tuve que lavarme la cara yo misma porque la ayudante "parecía muy fina" para hacerlo. Además, la doctora y la asistente estuvieron hablando entre ellas todo el tiempo y olían a tabaco, lo cual es muy poco profesional en un entorno sanitario.

​Indiferencia al paciente: Durante el IPL, la luz me molestaba y, aunque lo dije, no me hicieron mucho caso. No hubo trato cercano; terminan, se van y no te preguntan ni cómo estás. Todo el proceso duró 10 minutos y salí de allí aturdida, como si tuviera resaca, sin entender bien qué había pasado.

​Post-tratamiento deficiente: Tras las agujas, la cara me ardía muchísimo. No usan hielo ni medidas para calmar la piel. Me dieron una receta para una crema que tuve que ir a buscar yo por Estambul siendo turista. Para cuando encontré la farmacia, estaba cerrada y pasé horas con el rostro ardiendo. Me parece miserable que, pagando precios tan altos, no tengan el detalle de incluirte la crema post-tratamiento.

​Conclusión:
Es una buena clínica a nivel técnico y visual, pero el trato es puramente comercial y frío. Si buscas una experiencia donde te cuiden como persona y no como un número más, quizás este no sea el sitio. No vale la pena viajar hasta aquí por un ahorro que no existe y un trato que te deja sintiéndote ignorada.

I’ve never done lip filler or Botox before but decided that I wanted to get it done while on holiday in Türkiye. Quartz was ChatGPT’s number 1 recommendation and after some research I booked my appointment. The clinic is stunning and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The experience was a 10/10 and I am beyond happy with my results. Reasonable price and free follow up appointment where I had more filler and Botox injected as a touch up 10 days after the first consultation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super clean and modern clinic. Will return for other treatments in future.

I want to start by saying how happy and ecstatic I am with my results.

In July 2024, I travelled to Turkey for a mummy makeover. I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift only. Unfortunately, it didn’t go how I had hoped, and I was extremely disappointed with the results. I was down and depressed for a long time. The scars on my tummy and breasts were thick and raised, and my stomach was uneven. To me, it looked unsightly—I even felt I looked better before the surgery. I have always been weight training and only needed a small amount of loose skin removed from my tummy and a breast lift.

I was very impressed to learn that Dr. Leyla speaks six languages, and I was able to communicate with her in English. She was extremely reassuring, especially after my previous bad experience. She explained everything thoroughly, and I started to feel a sense of relief and excitement again.

Dr. Leyla advised that I needed an abdominal scar revision, waist, back, and abdominal VASER liposuction, J-Plasma to the back, under the breasts, and abdomen, hip dip fat transfer, and a breast lift with implants, which come with a lifetime guarantee.

I booked my surgery and had it in October 2025. Dr. Leyla is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She always had a smile on her face and is beautiful inside and out.

I was very impressed with the clinic, which has its own private hospital where I had my surgery—it was literally a two-minute walk from my hotel. There is also another large clinic where I went for my follow-up checks. It was extremely clean, modern, and well-organized. The entire team was professional, presentable, friendly, and down to earth.

On the day of my surgery, Dr. Leyla marked me up. I was nervous, but I showed her photos of Kim Kardashian and asked for similar breasts—nothing too big, just volume and an aesthetically pleasing look.

After the surgery, I was placed in a garment. I saw my results the following day and was already so happy—it was a completely different feeling compared to my previous experience. I was swollen and in some pain, but it wasn’t as bad as I had expected. I had drains and experienced fluid leakage for about a week and a half, which is completely normal.

Dr. Leyla checked on me several times during my stay. She answered all my questions and guided me on how to care for my wounds. I returned home after eight days and continued my recovery there. I took time off work and was fortunate to be able to work from home for six weeks.

Every day I felt better. Patience is key. Even though I was swollen, I was still happy because I knew the swelling would subside and I could already see the difference.

I am now four months post-op and have been back in the gym for a month. I feel absolutely amazing. I’m lifting weights as normal and doing all my compound exercises. I came in from NYC to visit Istanbul. I had done research into many clinics and came across Quartz Clinique. I would like to preface that I am a healthcare provider who works in aesthetics in the US. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Leyla had such an incredible demeanor and bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and presented with immediate solutions! The entire staff was lovely and the office was beautiful. Dr. Leyla had me feeling so comfortable throughout the entire procedure for PDO lift and truly, I would only ever choose to fly back to Istanbul and see her in the future rather than go to anyone here in the US. I couldn’t recommend this clinic or Dr. Leyla more, I am so incredibly happy with my results.

Initially, the high number of positive reviews together with the clinic’s excellent customer service, led me to choose this clinic over many others available in Istanbul. Unfortunately, since then, I deeply regret my choice.

The issues began with the consultation process. Surgeon A, who was supposed to perform the surgery, did not attend the consultation on the day before the procedure due to other commitments. The consultation only took place a few hours before the surgery itself. During this consultation, my fundamental frequency (F0) was not measured, and I was not properly informed about how to make decisions regarding my target voice during the operation. Specifically, I was not advised to ignore temporary breathiness and raspiness caused by edema and focus solely on pitch. This lack of preoperative guidance left me unprepared to make an informed choice during the surgery.

During the surgery, communication was led by Surgeon B, a person I had never met or consulted with before the operation, whose CV had never been shared with me, and whose participation I had never consented to. Because I had not been properly guided before the surgery, I was placed in a position where I could not make fully informed decisions about my voice. This resulted in a series of dismissive statements by Surgeon B.

When I expressed concern that my voice sounded extremely breathy and raspy, Surgeon B responded: “You didn’t come all the way here to go back with the same voice you started!” As adjustments were then made in the opposite direction and the voice became noticeably higher than expected, he continued: “The important thing is that you don’t come back to us in two months saying that the voice is not low enough!” When I suggested revisiting the voice sample I had previously sent as a reference for my target outcome, he dismissed it altogether saying: “There is no time now to check your sample recordings, this is reality, you have to choose now!”

All of this happened while I was under local anesthesia, with my throat cut open, and under significant emotional stress - just imagine making a permanent, lifelong decision on how your voice is going to sound for the rest of your life with this kind of atmosphere. Surely, these statements did not provide the structured guidance needed to make an informed, permanent decision.

Surgeon A, who was the one supposed to perform the procedure and the only surgeon I had consented to, did not intervene to take over communication and help guide me in making informed decisions during the surgery. Right after the surgery was over, I raised these issues with Surgeon A, but Surgeon B disappeared and never followed up in any of the subsequent calls. I haven't seen or heard from him since.

Unfortunately, the clinic has since denied the presence of the second surgeon in the operating room, despite the fact that this individual actively communicated with me during critical parts of the surgery. The operating room documentation does not show this person’s presence, and the clinic is unwilling to provide his identity. This lack of transparency, combined with the documented discrepancies, gives a fundamentally inaccurate account of the procedure and is highly concerning for anyone considering this clinic for voice surgery.

From the very beginning, I was welcomed at this clinic in a very friendly and almost family-like manner. I felt safe and in good hands. All the staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The doctor was very competent and professional in her entire demeanor and in her communication with me.From the very beginning of the surgery, it was clear that the entire team was highly motivated and enjoyed their work, and this was already evident the day after the Procedere. I felt safe and well cared for at all times during the surgery, and I would do it again anytime.

I had a consultation booked and no one called. I later found out it’s because they allowed another patient to use all of the time allocated to me. Horrendous that they don’t treat patients the same.
