I engaged John Hudson to represent me in a complex family matter involving possession proceedings, multiple hearings and overlapping financial and business issues. I was in an extremely difficult position, facing considerable uncertainty, and needed someone who could understand the full picture and present my case clearly and persuasively. John did exactly that.

Throughout a lengthy and demanding process, John was diligent, determined and exceptionally thorough. His attention to detail, preparation and ability to bring coherence to a complicated set of facts made an enormous difference. He understood how the different aspects of the case connected and focused on the points that mattered.

John’s advocacy was particularly impressive. He is calm, measured and persuasive, presenting his arguments with clarity and purpose. At one hearing, the judge herself commented on the exceptional job he had done in persuading her of the appropriate way forward. That reflected what I experienced throughout: an advocate who knows his case, understands his audience and makes his arguments count.

Mr K failed to attend the scheduled court hearing and provided no adequate notice, explanation, or contingency arrangements. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service. I contacted them through my solicitor who arranged that they would give written legal advice and arrange a conference to discuss where my solicitor would attend. I paid the solicitor 150 pounds to attend this online meeting. Then I received the written legal advice but no meeting having paid the solicitor 150 to attend! They then denied any such meeting was arranged which is contradicted by emails. Worse yet the very expensive legal advice they did provide was total nonsense. Fortunately even I as a lay person could see this and ignored their advice and went ahead with my case with a proper firm of barristers and won overwhelmingly. Please avoid these clowns if you want honesty and good legal advice.
