Simply impossible to get hold of this company, which raises serious concerns.

I reached out to QuantX multiple times — initially with due diligence questions, and later with concerns regarding their services — but never received any meaningful response. The lack of communication becomes especially noticeable when asking more critical questions.

Since I first came across QuantX, I’ve also noticed several strategies being removed, as well as cases where strategies appeared to be temporarily removed and later re-added during periods of floating losses.

In addition, when reviewing the same strategies through some of their partner brokers, the performance figures did not appear to align with what had previously been shown on Myfxbook.

The legal structure also seems unclear. QuantX appears to operate under QuantX Capital, yet QuantX Capital itself does not seem operational. That leaves the obvious question: what entity is actually operating the business?
