Great Experience
The time it took for me to get a transmission was minimal. We were able to give them the vehicle details and they provided what transmission we needed. The transmission came preprogrammed and ready to go into the truck.
Once the swap was done, I was able to send them an email and they had a truck to pick up the next business day.

Service was good except for your insistence that my address was residential, not commercial, and the added $60 that incurred. Transmission worked as advertised. Early days to provide feedback on performance.

On the shipping side — freight carriers classify addresses using a national address database, and unfortunately yours is listed as residential there, which is where that surcharge occasionally comes from. It's out of our hands on that one, but we always try to keep things upfront. Really appreciate your business!

Very happy with the product and was shipped promptly. My only critique would be if the transmission had been placed closer to my shop, because I had to get it placed into the back of my pickup for transport to another location. Otherwise, I feel I received a good deal price wise and received my core money back. Thank you

I highly recommend Quantum Gear! I ordered a transmission from them with very little knowledge about who they were or how the process worked, so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how smoothly everything went.
We received a great transmission, and I was especially impressed that it came with all the necessary fluids and was already programmed. That meant we didn’t have to take it to a dealership afterward just to have it programmed, which made the whole process so much easier.
From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the quality and convenience were outstanding. Highly, highly recommend Quantum Gear! I would absolutely order from them again if I ever need another transmission.
I would also like to say the delivery service was great. They use ESTES and at first I didn’t think we would know the step-by-step moves on when it was going to get there, but once it started rolling with the carrier, it was seamless.

Great communication, Transmission (6l80e) works great. Only complaint is that the shipping charge was $650, when it was estimated at $450.

Previously our system calculated the exact freight after the order was placed, which is what caused the gap between the estimate and the final $650. We've since updated and reconfigured that system, so customers now see the exact shipping cost up front — no more surprises. We really appreciate your patience and your feedback; it genuinely helped.
Almost too good to be true
Prior to completing my order, the order system requested all information pertinent to supplying the exact equipment for a turn key repair of my vehicle. The requested info allowed Quantum techs to pre program my transmission so that there was no need to go to a dealership for the service.
Shipping was all prearranged. Fluids to fill the unit was included along with installation instructions.
A simple email sets up the return freight for the core.
A very pleasant experience start to finish.
