Do not believe anything they tell you.
I made $2 on my first day with Quantumbots and then my account immediately lost money from that moment onward. My client support specialist repeatedly assured me that I would qualify for a full refund if I was still losing money after 60 days. After 3 months passed and they went silent for weeks. They then continued to stall on my refund until it was too late to get a charge back from the bank.
I spoke with the CEO, and he said because my account was $2 in the positive on day 2, that my account had "made money" and the refund was ineligible. David Joseph (salesperson who sold me the algo) admitted that he has never seen anyone succeed in getting the advertised refund.

They are scammers. They lied and hid lot of facts about the software. I have been given several false assortations for refund but still no communication from "refund department"

Fraud scam site, I lost 35,000 in less than 60 days! And they wouldn't refund my purchase price, read all the other reviews, they always find a reason why they will not refund you "guaranteed results" They are being sued right now by another guy, if he wins we should all sue them!!!

This company is a complete scam! These are all scam artists! Do not give them your money because you will surely lose it! I lost $5000!! And they wanted me to give them more to lose!

This company started with deceptive advertising and convinced 1000's of people that they could guarantee a return of anywhere from 8 to 14% return on their investments. However, I lost everything within 2 months along with countless other people. I spoke with a gentleman who sued and was awarded compensation; however, it was a long and expensive process. If anyone has had this same experience and information regarding a Class action lawsuit is being performed please let me know.

The biggest mistake you could make now is probably making use of this platform,their inconsistency has really caused me alot and i hope new people read the reviews before proceeding with them.Instead of wasting more time here with whatever they think they provide to make trading easy,it's better to just trade with Zin𝖾nsis Investment.The returns have made on that platform has exceeded my expectation, and i really do not know why it's not so popular to everyone.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T.

Mid 2024 - they blamed their losses with broker Ox Securities. They suggested using another broker Tradiso. While transferring funds to Tradiso, I lost 7% right off the bat. But that's on me to trusting Quantum.

At that time (mid 2024), Quantum had a bot named Kong. It used Martingale strategy (keeps doubling up to try to make up losses). Position size went from 0.03, 0.08, 0.15, 0.3, 0.8, 1.5, 2.4, 8.3, etc. When it went to 8.x, my account lost 65% - only two months with them in the 3rd quarter of 2024.

I questioned them and they said that's how it worked. The exponential increase in position sizing will blow your account. At some point, you will run into a market that goes in one direction for a prolonged period of time. And if you keep Martingale'ing, you WILL blow your account.

Then in late 2024 they provided more algos - Atheena, Axis (and I think one other). Again, same Martingale stuff, but different underlying. When you Martingale, you win most of the time, until you don't. And when you don't, you blow your account, or close to it.

I have used 5 Forex trading algo companies. Quantum Bots by far lost me money the fastest. Their "bot" I doubt has real good logic built into it. When it loses, easy, double down and hope for the better.

Stay away. Unless you like to lose money.

I purchased the program in June, 2024 and set it up according to the instructions on the Quantum Bots website, using conservative settings. After setting it up and having it run for several months, it unexpectedly lost 80% of its value in 3 weeks. I left it running for a few weeks after, hoping that it would recover on its own. It didn't.

After I engaged customer support to review my account, the support engineer said that it was a "quirk" of the system and they offered to switch me to their other platform Axis. The new program ran for a few days but stopped working on its own.

I am disappointed in my experience and have told others not to purchase. The Quantum Bots company is involved in a fraud lawsuit.

I posted reviews about Quantombots, and several people responded to my post, expressing that they were also misled and had lost a considerable amount of money within the first two weeks of investing. This company should be shut down ASAP. A class action lawsuit is underway, and hopefully, if you are a victim of their deceptive practices, please keep pushing forward.

I was very excited when my wife and I decided on Quantum Bots as our final choice to dive into the Algo trading arena. I spent our money on Kong first. 10,000 dollars. There wasn't any lack of promises in the advertising and in the reviews. Even the money back warranty sounded promising. but I never thought I would need it with the charts the owner loved to show off. We set it up with a few calls setting on the most conservative settings. Checking and double checking the settings with 3 calls making sure it was set up right. It held a 79% win rate but the losses were erasing the profits. We kept waiting on the 12,000 dollars we had in the account to start to grow. The 10,000 was for the license fee. We waited past the 60 and then the 90 day mark. That's when it's suppose to take off or at least do better. Up several hundred down several hundred. We did another set up call. "Everything looks good Mr. Kay", "We will get your account information over to owner and he should get back to you" No one ever got back to me. The next zoom call a really sharp csr I forget her name suggested the Axis or Athena to help diversify our bot algo portfolio. And they all but promised this was the answer. Now that I am writing this its embarrassing I threw another 8,000 at the other two algo's. Athena actually went up $1000 in the first month and then lost all 5,000 in the next week. Axis has never been hooked up because my wife was going to leave me if I spent more money on this system. Listen im not here to say these people are crooks. im not here to say they didn't do a lot of what they said they would do. But hopefully if one other hard working family reads this review and realizes the marketing of Quantum Bots is not completely accurate. But hey as long as they finish their pitch they can say what ever they want and promise the moon as long as they say. "Past performance is no guarantee of future .... blah blah blah"

I did as for the warranty to be enacted. I sent in all the information of my trading and the pages and pages and pages of data just the way they wanted it. Never heard back from them. They say the same thing every time. "We see that you turned in your data. There is a backlog of customers they need to go through. We will get back to you as soon as we can." That was 6 months ago. A dozen emails and calls ago.

Realize what their fine print really says. It's a get out of any promise they have made to you up to that point. Good luck

Kong wiped me out - they don’t even sell it anymore after a lot of marketing. Athena lost 40% in a very small amount time. Support no longer responds and the founders seek to have disappeared.

This company will absolutely set you up with a program that will drain every last penny from your investment. I lost over $10,500 USD in 3 days thanks to Kong. I had my settings on the most conservative settings and lost it all in matter of days. When I tried to claim on the profibility warranty. I was denied because I needed to stay with the program for 16 months, as per the contract. I was completely wiped out before then. The only way to reach the 16 month point. Would be to invest more money. I already lost it all. So, why would anyone in thier right mind do that? I followed all the rules. Through much difficulty, because all your investment needs to be converted to crypto and set up with a off shore broker in order to make profits, supposedly. It was interesting watching Kong work for a few months. HOWEVER, I never made any real profits on the conservative settings. Then at the end, KONG traded it all away, in 2 to 3 days. Please steer clear from this company! It's not a valid investment at all. In less you just want to throw 20k (the price of the algorithm 10k, plus minimum usd investment of 10k) down the drain! I just entered retirement and was promised a decent monthly return that I was looking forward to. In order to supplement my income. Shame on me. PLEASE BEWARE! IF YOUR READING THIS TRYING TO DECIDE. RUN! INVEST ELSEWHERE!

Highly manipulative and fraudulent company ! i have legibly given a honest one up high

Quantum Bots.co is not to be trusted. I sent them money for a license $10,500 and never was given the opportunity to activate the license. They refuse to refund my money. I opened up an OX Security brokerage account. Before transferring operating funds to QuantumBots I was told to close my Ox Trading account as they were not to be trusted. The only other brokerage accounts they offered only accepted bitcoin to transfer funds. Since I do not trust Bitcoin I could not open and transfer operating funds. Customer service refused to permit me to talk to a supervisor or a company principal. Do not trust this company!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of Quantom bots for 2 months now. It lost 16k in a matter of two days after being expertly guided on settings. And now they won’t even respond to any of my emails. This is a scam.

Like someone said they don't deserve even 1 star. They say lot of things at the time of sale with money back and so on. In three months, they managed to loose more than a third of the account. When they show their metrics, they were showing 14% return each month. For about two weeks, our account was in profit, they showed that and said that they didn't have to return our money. It is a scam and nothing more than that.
