I highly recommend Quality Gardens Buildings UK.
The before, and after service was exceptional and the two guys who delivered and erected my building were hard workers, cheerful and pleasant. The weather was very cold but they didn’t complain once. They did a great job.
The building itself is fantastic. It is solid and beautiful. I am so pleased I chose to upgrade to UPVC doors, great. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again. Thanks guys.

Firstly, I must say that I was happy with the communication from Linzi from the start. She delivered the service as promised.
The installation Guys - Both John and Wayne were prompt on time. They were very courteous and accommodating. The installation was carried out proficient and with precision. They consulted with me to clarify positioning of the shed and did a great job.

Overall, I am happy and satisfied with the service from the Quality Gardens team. I will not hesitate to recommend your service.
After the completion of the service, Jake comtacted me and thank me for doing business with Quality Gardens. Much appreciated.

It's tricky rating this company as they really did go above and beyond to try and remedy the problems. They built a bespoke cabin/shelter/tack room for my horse in November 2024.

Plus:
1. I did a lot of research. For the materials, labour and assembly this is very good value. Yes there are a few oversights (there's too many gaps and leaks still) but overall it's a very economical option.

2. The team arrived early and worked a 10 hour day (minus their 8 hours of travel, so actually an 18 hour day). They worked very hard indeed and cleaned up, and were nice guys.

3. Shed was erected quickly with a difficult access point.

4. The firm dealt with the problems (leaks around roof, roofing rubber came off, leaks around windows and walls) very promptly indeed and sent a crew down within a few days to rectify the workmanship.

5. They sent an older, more experienced crew to deal with the roof (which blew off) and replaced it for free with a much better higher quality roof for which I am grateful.

6. Jake and Linzi are extremely good communicators with the public, and spent a lot of time making sure the design was exactly what we needed.

7.The teams are extremely friendly, helpful, skilled and clearly want to do a good job and take pride in their work.

Cons:

1. For the size of the shed (20 x 11) it was clearly at least a 3 person job, especially given the difficulty of access and the weight of the panels.
The first team drove 3 hours to get to me at 7am, did a 10 hour day, then had a five hour journey home. That's too much, even though they were young and full of energy.

2. There are no seals around the windows. When I raised that they were leaking they came back and did it for free.

3. The rain comes in through the walls at the back which gets the full force of Northerly winds, as the slats aren't fully waterproof- however it's in a very exposed site, and we've had gale force wind and rain, so maybe they aren't built for such extreme situations.

4. I would REALLY have appreciated a discussion about the floor, which isn't reinforced. The shed went onto a highly reinforced platform base, so actually it would have made more sense to not have a floor. The team did however drill on some OSB boards to strengthen it, which I am very grateful for.

On balance I would recommend this firm and I would use them again. They go the extra mile, with bells on!

My first point of contact with Quality Garden Buildings was with Linzi in the office. She was very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I made some changes after my initial order and they were made without fuss and done swiftly. I was informed by email and by phone right up to and after the installation. The team that installed the build (Ribs and John) were great guys. They arrived 30 minutes early which was great, they inspected the base that had been laid ready for the build by a mate. When all was good to go they unloaded the lorry efficiently and got on with the job at hand. They were pleasant throughout and we had a bit of a laugh and banter too. Good guys and I would totally recommend them to anyone.

Really good experience buying my summerhouse combi from this company after having a garden renovation recently done it just added the finishing touch.I was very happy with the service from start to finish from all the team i spoke to,from linzi on the phone and email, to Jon and ribs who installed my item on the day ,very considerate in phoning us to let us know they were delayed on route very professional all round thank you all once again for your service it was A++++ all the way 😁 Katherine

Great service from start to end. Linzi listened to what we wanted and they got it exactly right. Scott and Ribbs arrived just as planned. Fabulous workmen - no mess, polite and very efficient. Great company to deal with and very pleased with the end product.

I ordered a heavy duty shed after a lot of research and I’m completely satisfied.

From Linzi and Jake during the ordering process, to Ribs and John my installers, the process was very professional, friendly and I would strongly recommend.

From the beginning of my order I found the company friendly and helpful. All calls or e-mails were responded to quickly and efficiently. The date of delivery was made and kept to. Considering the awful weather conditions snow floods and accidents they travelled to Devon arriving at 8.30 . by 11.30 they had finished . The men were polite and efficient. they were also very helpful and friendly I hope the got back safely without incident.

Correspondence was good throughout, I was frequently updated with what happens next. Couple guys arrived in the morning of the planned date, very friendly, they checked the area where the garden house was going to be built and after a few hours it was completed. Very good job, would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this company was very helpful and I’m very happy with the out come of my summer house shed combo we had to pay for restricted access through the house and the items came through easy and no complications the guys that built the summer house 2 lads pooring with rain and snowing ! It did not stop them was very happy with the outcome please support this business and thank you again

I can only say it has been a most positive experience from start to finish. Our summerhouse/gazebo and separate shed were erected today. The team arrived at 07:00 and three and a half hours later it was all done and left clean and tidy. They are definitely Quality buildings, it is difficult to assess this when choosing such a big purchase online without seeing it. I was a bit nervous at first but relied on others recommendations, they were not wrong.
Thanks to Linzi who helped us get started with the design process and followed through until it was finished. There is still some finishing to be done like getting electrics, insulation, interior cladding and painting but you can make your building your own just how you’d like it. Thank you to all the team including Scott, Matt , Wayne and Wayne who arrived on time, to Manchester, starting out in the snow which fortunately hadn’t settled here. I can recommend that you try this company for your next garden building. a pleasure to work with. Thank You.

From talking to Linzi at the start, and the design and confirmation from Jake through to the fitters that arrived on time, they were very polite and did a great job. They worked hard all day long and left the garden with our summerhouse built in it clean and tidy. The summer house is amazing and we are looking forward to making it our own! Thank you all involved.

From the very start the guys were very patient with us while we tweaked out summerhouse & shed project. As they understood that spending so much money on this project, we wanted it to be right. They let us know exactly what to expect and & estimate of time of the delivery. When the day finally came other than the guys getting us up out of bed (7am) everything when smoothly. Within only a few hours they had put out new fantastic summerhouse & shed combination. It’s looks far better than we expected & is a fabulous addition to our garden.

The lads were lovely, very friendly and respectful. They arrived on time and our summerhouse was built in a flash. We are so happy and once it has been turned into my sons dream gaming room we will share pictures on fb. Thank you again and I am happy to recommend you as a company .

I had my summer house erected on 16/10/24, the crew arrived by 7am and was very efficient in their work. The summer was put up in a good timely manner.
