Quality Car Finder Ltd Recensioni

I found Quality Car Finder through a search engine and it seemed like the ideal solution for finding our next car. There’s always a matter of trust when dealing with people over the internet, especially when potentially large sums of money are involved, but I thought it worth a shot. Cris and team more than repaid our trust - we knew what car we wanted, and Cris was able to find one that fitted the bill perfectly - even in a preferred colour - auction grade 2 and good mechanical report. He got the car in, got it fully serviced (the garage even phoned previous servicing garages to find if anything had been missed in past services and sorted that too), cam belt / aux belt / water pump / discs & pads, advisory free MOT, sorted some minor paint chips and delivered it to us, all under budget too. In fact all that was done for a decent chunk less than price guides suggest the retail price of the car should be. Cris was helpful throughout the process and kept us fully informed at all stages. Would I buy from Quality Car Finder again? Yep, absolutely. Highly recommended. Thanks Cris!

Found Cris online, he gave me the reassurance I wanted and was very proactive to help me find the car I wanted. Very satisfied

Chris at QCF dis a brilliant job. I've got a great car at a great price. He gave me great advice; certainly knows what he's talking about.

I'd like to thank Cris and the team at Quality Car Finder for all their help. It was an absolutely effortless experience for me. I had a rough idea what I was looking for and Cris patiently gave me some suggestions. I'd already figured out a budget and Cris worked to that exactly. What was brilliant, though, was the end-to-end experience. For example, he was concerned the car might need a new fan belt (given age/mileage) and when it arrived, his team checked it out - and yes, it did. Replaced. I didn't lift a finger other than to reply "oh, great!" by WhatsApp. One new tyre was required... but I suggested getting all four replaced. Sure thing: Cris fixed it. MOT? Sorted. Road tax? Done. It was just a brilliant way to buy a (second hand - in my case) car. I loved not having to mess around with all of this back-and-forth to garages and getting quotes and so on. He took care of everything. I am deeply appreciative of Cris and this team's care and attention throughout the process.

We arranged a mutually agreeable delivery time and Cris arrived, handed me the keys and an envelope.. and that was that. So easy, so fast, so reliable.

We've had a great time with the car already and the fact you and your colleagues looked it all over and sorted any maintenance points prior to delivery meant I had peace of mind from the start. Thanks again Cris.

Great quality service! Cris was great to work with - patient and understand as we deliberated what type of car to get. He worked hard to find good deals going and explained each step of the way so well. And got us a great deal on a brilliant car. A very happy customer

From the website to the delivery of my new car - Quality Car Finder Ltd is an absolute God send! Cris is personable, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. By far the easiest car experience I have had. 10 out of 10.

Chris was fantastic in being able to accommodate fairly specific requirements while offering as much or as little advise as was desired to evaluate available options and make decisions. We were able to complete the transaction fully remotely and felt confident due to the level of transparency in all aspects of the process. Chris was upfront about costs of known and unknown factors and shared supporting documents to explain pricing. We are planning to purchase another car soon and would have no hesitation using Quality Car Finder.

In October 2021, having just retired, I needed a car as soon as possible to replace my company vehicle. I picked up the Quality Car Finder service run by Cris from a Google Search. He was immediately very attentive and most helpful in patiently exploring the options with me, showing great knowledge of the car buying market and a very ethical, honest and responsible approach. He inspired a great deal of trust and was immensely helpful, going above and beyond to source the make and model I had asked him to find for me.
When a successful bid was made, Cris arranged a garage inspection. He identified and sorted out any minor work that needed doing to the car, including a valet before delivering it to me in pristine condition, all well within my budget. A good result all round and a service I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We hadn’t purchased a car in over 10 years, so when our trusted family 7 seater came to the end of the road we didn’t know where to start to find a replacement within our budget. Cris came personally recommended and contacting him was the best decision we could have made. The beauty of what Quality Car Finder offers is that you specify what you want and budget and then after a conversation about how realistic this is he sources available cars at auction that match these requirements. For us this seemed like a tall order as we needed a particular type of vehicle and quickly, but Cris delivered within budget and on time! Cris also took care of all the paperwork, MOT, servicing, valet and delivered to our door all for a very reasonable price, no hidden extras! Cris is clearly passionate about what he does, is honest, trustworthy and transparent through the whole process and is always available to contact. In the end we got the car that we wanted, at an excellent price and in good time, without all the hassle we were expecting in searching for a secondhand car. He also took care of our old car, going above and beyond in order to get the best possible sale price, but that’s a whole other story! If you are looking to buy a car I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cris and Quality Car Finder.

We asked Cris to source a particular car to a particular budget, and he was incredibly helpful at every stage. He kept us in the loop with possibilities that came up for auction, and we bought just the car we wanted at a good price within weeks. It was delivered to our door and our old car collected, which is now in the process of being sold. All in all, a smooth and quick service.

We were kept fully informed from start to finish and saved a bundle on dealer prices. Delighted with our purchase, and will do it again next time. Big thanks to Cris and his team.

Cris at Quality Car Finder provided me with a five star plus service. I needed to replace my beloved Skoda Fabia as she longer met London’s ULEZ requirements. Cris found me a brilliant car within my budget and made every step of the process clear and fair. Cris is as honest as the day is long. He sorted out any bits of work the car needed, stored it for me until I could collect it and found a buyer for my old Fabia. I had tried other auction services and had a less than ok experience, so I am very pleased I gave Cris a go. I will buy my next car through him.

I cannot recommend Cris and Quality Car Finder Ltd highly enough - phenomenal service, delivers what he promises and a really nice bloke who I've enjoyed getting to know and pleased that he's also selling our old car. So happy with our new Tucson!

I was looking for cars like every one else. Checked the best online sites. Checking many things about the car before going to see it and once I go there to see it I would not able to buy it for many reasons. Even pushed budgets higher and started plan for a loan on the car I was to purchase which was not a good option for me. Seem like the process of finding a car was becoming daunting. Then through a friend I was recommended Quality Car Finder and I truly have too say I got a really good deal through them and over all experience was very good and safe. They answered all my questions and doubt. They were clear and transparent about the process. They would be getting it from an auction for me and I need to pay for that. Their experience in getting cars, knowing when to go for a car and when not to is too good. I got a really good car within my budget.

Happy owners of a Rav4 bought through Quality Car Finder! This is a brilliant way to buy a used car. You give them a brief and a budget, they find you a car, bid on it, collect it, check it over, and get work done (if required) at trade prices. Everything is totally transparent, no hidden costs or huge mark-ups, just an agreed fee, which is still cheaper than retail prices.

Top service and Cris is a very decent man, honest and true to his word. I will use him again.

I can’t recommend QCF highly enough. My dealings with Cris Pearce have, to date, been excellent. His communication has been first class, whether it was returning a call, replying to an email, or answering one of my many queries promptly by WhatsApp. Sadly, I have been let down and ripped off in the past which, I am sorry to say, has made me somewhat suspicious and untrusting. However, dealing with Cris at Quality Car Finder was a real pleasure that ended up with me buying a car that I was very happy with, and at a price lower than I could have bought it for elsewhere.
I would certainly use his services again in the future.

Basically I was after a good deal on an estate car no more than 4 years old. Even in this time of somewhat variable car prices. Cris found me a cracking deal on an Avensis, taking advantage of the credit card guarantee to ensure all my money is secure (Im sure he can explain more), he bid on it and won. He got it prepared, my choice of all season tyres fitted and a full 12m MOT put on it. It was an easy stress free experience and now I look out the window and smile at my new car for both having a new car, and the bargain I got!

Great service, sourced a commercial van to convert to a beach van from Manchester dealt with all aspects from servicing and repairs, to door-door delivery (270 miles away). Hassle free, dealt with the entire process, was a complete package!

Cris is very professional, informative all along the process and totally trustworthy. He clearly knows the business and makes car buying easy and safe. 100% service before, during and after purchase. I will use him again for sure.
