It has taken 6 months after completing the certificate to receive just a soft copy that I can't use for anything at all

None of the managers are responding to my emails or calls, and they are making excuses through junior staff who have limited knowledge of the situation. If you want to know how good of a provider QM is, you can check the company and director details through an ASIC search."

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from Qualify Me.

They all supported me through out my course especially Annie as student support.Any thing asked or requested she helped me

My son submitted final payment 1 December and all paperwork 5 December. It is now going into over 10 weeks and I've been told today possibly another 2. Website clearly says "get qualified in weeks". Most of the staff are hard to understand over the phone, except one or 2 on the compliance team. Simply not good enough, disappointing and has caused my son to miss out on 3 very good job offers which has caused him a lot of stress.
UPDATE: Received notification (3 days after submitting this review) that the certificate is available AND a request to take this review down. We said no. Then 4 calls in the same day to take this review down. Have received certificate via PDF emailed to us not the hard copy yet. I would not trust the reviews on Trust Pilot.

Sales people lied about course requirements. When I received course handbook, found out the requirements were different than advertised. The have refused to provide a refund of my $2000, and have since stopped replying to my emails and messages. Do not give this company your hard earned money!

Annie was very helpful and patient in doing all my courses for my electrical licence. She was a big help when she took over. The only thing I'd improve on is when doing my first set of units in the first 6months I could've also done similar units to save time later. But still very happy with the whole process.

Course was Informative and easy to understand.
