I recieved the controller without any shipping problems. Sadly the N1 & N2 Buttons on the back never worked, which wasn't a problem since I never used them to begin with. The controller did not fall down or anything like that but after just 2 weeks of me receiving it the R2/RT stopped working. Everything else works perfectly (aside the back buttons). I reached out to the Customer Service via WhatsApp but after getting ghosted for a week I also opened a ticket on the site and only received an automatic message saying, that they are out of business hours. 2 weeks and counting still no reply and no help regarding the problem.

Zeer betaalbaar en goed in kwaliteit prijs. Had problemen met het pairen en contact gezocht via whatsapp en had binnen de dag antwoord en ben zeer goed geholpen

Pedi un spark N5 para la ps5, el pack con el adaptador. Lo recibí 6 dias mastarde, pero sin el adaptador. Les he escrito por el chat de su web, les he mandado emails al correo que hay en su web y nadie da señales de vida. Hace ya 2 dias de eso. Me cobraron 57€; 34 de los cuales eran del adaptador.

Me parece de vergüenza que no hayan contestado aún habiendoles escrito en ingles, y poniendo en su web que contestan en pocos minutos (mis coj 33)

I bought a Stellar T5, but within 5 days using the B, A and X buttons started to be working on its own. I've trying to contact support by email, live chat, ticket, Instagram and whatsapp but they didn't answer me in any channel

I purchased the QRD Stellar T5 gamepad, and it arrived damaged right out of the box. The connector area was physically deformed, and when I tried to use it with my Nintendo Switch, it scraped off a portion of the metal paint on the console causing cosmetic damage to both the controller and the console.

Removing it from its Pro Controller dock was nearly impossible even after pressing the release button properly. I documented everything with photos and sent a detailed email to their support team. I received no response. I then followed up with someone from their management team (Oliver), and still got no reply.

In addition to emails, I also tried reaching out via Instagram and WhatsApp, but was completely ignored. It's been nearly two weeks, and no one has responded through any of these channels.

There is absolutely zero post-sale support. If anything goes wrong, you’re left completely on your own. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional for a company selling tech accessories. I really cannot recommend this product or company to anyone.

En enero compré un mando. A fecha de hoy ese mando no ha llegado. El numero de seguimiento que me llegó de CTT Express no tiene movimiento desde principio de enero. Les he reclamado información sobre mi pedido y aun estoy esperando. Ningún tipo de respuesta ni de QRD Game ni de CTT. Eso sí, el dinero lo han cobrado.

Servicio de atención al cliente no existente después de 3 correos. No lo recomiendo para nada

Thought this might be a scam but happy it turned out the blackpill works as advertised ive been looking for an adapter to get my ps4 controller working on ps5 games and this one actually works! Tested it playing hogwarts legacy and helldivers 2 no issues great purchase!

Ik heb een controller (Spark N5) gekocht bij hun. De controller was best duur, slechte kwaliteit en veel knoppen werkte niet goed.

Ik heb geprobeerd hem retour te sturen, maar ze reageren totaal niet meer. Dus koop niks bij hun!
