Very unprofessional customer…
Very unprofessional customer representatives at London branch. I emailed the bank inquiring about how to go about opening a personal account and what are the requirements, they never replied; waited for a week and rang them back. The person I was talking to had a very weird attitude and she told me that salary is not enough reason for opening a current account with us, the only exception is to have a balance of 250 thousands quid, when I asked what are the requirements for getting a mortgage I was immediately told first get a house with a value of 400 thousands quid or more and then ring us and we can discuss it further.
I have the most weird situation ever
I have the most weird situation ever. One of QNB Bank staff accessed my bank account and took money from my bank account. I filled a complaint and no one contacted me. I went to their branch a week ago they admit the fault and promised to refund the money ASAP which has never happened. And there is one to guide or no knowen process to file a complaint or civil case

It is very bad Bank that does not respect its clients. you may call the custemer service many times for the same service and the service will not done, I have a bad experience that I asked for a cheque book, they asked me about the reason that I need the cheque for I answered him honestly , "we don't beleive your words" he said , you should bring a document that proove your reason and i brought what they want , then I went the branch after that my request not approved yet. then I made an acount at another bank, I asked for a cheque book just from the application.
A nother bad experience that I asked for a printed acount state from a branch other than my branch they let me wait for about two hours .

Day 36 - still no transfer of funds
Day 36 - still no transfer of funds into my UK account. I have been trying to get the Villaggio Mall branch Doha to close my account and transfer my funds to my HSBC UK account. They stated 3-5 days and now it is day 36.
I am now seriously concerned for the security of my money, or who is actively overseeing this case. I have emailed / telephoned QNB over 40 times and still have no solid information. Mr Osama Yosry is now dealing with my case, but I still have no clear information from him or anyone at the bank.
This is not what I expected from an international bank. There is no compliance system in place. What can I do?

I am a client in Qnb Egypt this bank scammed me in 7% of my income that i received from paypal and they said thats new thing i told them only for this bank ?!! I asked all my friends in other banks and postal they received their money normally this month as usual so be careful about this bank specially if you are paypal user

Animals in zoo are more organized. I’ve been more than 12 times, spent more that 20 hours and more than a month keep going and still they are not able to open a simple account. They literally have no idea about their own rules.
I purchased 2 cds for my nephews a year…
I purchased 2 cds for my nephews a year ago and the bank representative (Amr Diab ) promised me that he will receive the documents at the branch within 2 weeks and he promised that he will give them to my father because I will be away as I am not staying in Egypt .
The whole year my father (80 years old ) is going back and force to the branch and they are informing him that with in a week or two the documents will arrive nothing happened.
Finally I arrived back to Egypt and I went to the branch ( qasr eltahra) and I asked to see the manger ( Mohamed Gamal ) and I asked him why the documents never arrived till now then he said he doesn’t know and it is not his problem and he asked me to step out of his office and he will let one of his representatives help , after 20 minutes his representative (Haitham elkhodary) came out to the hall way and asked me what is the problem and I told him are we gonna talk in the hall way there is no office to sit and talk and he said they have no office available at the time wait till an office is available. We finally went to an office and he have no answers to my questions and then he want me to sign a document that I lost my paperwork that I have never received from the beginning. The. The manger came in the office and started to talk in very disrespectful way and in professional and said we have nothing to do with me and when I told him that I will put a review online he said you do whatever I don’t care .
By the way everything is recorded and I would not recommend anyone to deal with this unprofessional bank .

2. The OTP can only be sent by SMS and only received in Qatar, i.e. a QNB customer cannot do online purchases outside his country of residence
3. The remitter cannot choose to pay transfer charges, i.e. the amount you transfer is always wrong.
4. the website frequently breaks or logs you off.
