I didn't bother with quotes from any other company, this one is a local Queensland company and that was good enough for me. I requested a quote and Mark was very prompt and professional. We accepted the quote on the same day and a couple of weeks later on 11 December, Richard installed the first blind - he was so very professional and it was a seamless installation. We loved it so much that I emailed Mark for another quote, this time for the other end of the deck and he came straight away - again we accepted the quote immediately as we were looking forward to having it all done. We did have a slight hiccup with the installation the second time as this one was in an awkward position, but Nathan ordered a new post and eventually it arrived - he came back to complete the installation and that too was done very professionally. We are so pleased with these blinds, should have done it years ago but we kept putting it off - what a difference it has made. Qld Shade is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone in the market for these products. Brilliant service, professional to the nth degree.
