Queensland Conveyancing Group Recensioni

Rebecca did a outstanding job on the conveyancing of my property, settlement was in a short period of time and the complete process was seem less and well managed by Rebecca.

We’re very happy with our experience with Queensland Conveyancing Group. The sale of our house went smoothly thanks to Shawn & Rebecca.

As a first time home buyer. Rebecca and Shawn where extremely helpful and made the buying process so much easier with their understanding. Thoroughly would recommend QCG to anyone needing an amazing team

I used Qldcg for the purchase of my house, and they were awesome. Everything was done quick and professional. They explained things in a easy way to understand. They were a pleasure going through and will use again in future.

Queensland Conveyancing Group recently did the conveyancing for my first home purchase. Before I even signed the contract Rebecca was supportive, helpful, responsive and super easy to communicate with. The team were efficient and responsive throughout the whole process. Rebecca broke everything down for me, explained what I needed to do and answered any questions I had. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend 100% QCG.

I am glad you guys were on my team. My first time at this it meant a lot you were available every time I had a question. Rebecca was great and very committed. I knew I had the right representation when the real estate praises your conveyancer. Thanks

As a first home buyer, there is a lot more involved then I first thought, however Rebecca helped to explain the processes and legalities in plain text. They put our needs first and made sure we weren’t given a bad deal. They protected our financial interest and regularly contacted us through each step quickly and professionally. Affordable prices and have the option to get extras searchers if needed.

Very happy with the professionalism of Shawn and Rebecca.

Very easy to deal with and very thorough! They took care of everything and made the process easy. We couldn’t be there in person for settlement so Rebecca took care of everything. Would highly recommend the team at Queensland Conveyancing Group.

Rebecca was fantastic. Through a lengthy and often delayed settlement due to our bank not being ready, Rebecca was always protecting our interests and kept pressure on the bank to be accountable. She kept us updated and was always available if we had questions.

Rebecca was very professional and helpful. Buying your first home can be daunting but she made it very enjoyable and easy, always willing to answer our never ending questions.

The entire team handled the process with the utmost professionalism and made it easy for a first home buyer to understand the requirements and steps to buying a house.

Worst experience ever selling a house. From the time I signed the retainer it went down hill. Here is a 104 question Questionaire to fill in. Sort help and was told just write No or NA if I don't understand. The low point was when I was advised I needed to get a form witnessed an I would need to go to a JP or a Solicitor. I thought I had hired a solicitor. The never present Shawn, who I think doesn't reside in Townsville, means the only person you can talk to is Rebecca the assistant. Rebecca I found to be unhelpful, didn't give accurate responses to direct email questions and chastised me for doing what she requested I do. The so called local office is a building where you can hire a cubicle by the month. Enough said.

Very knowledgeable and thorough with their research. Ready to answer as many questions as you may have regarding the process. A very good experience overall. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Rebecca from Queensland Conveyancing Group for handling the sale of our property. Her straightforward and professional approach made the process very easy and stress free.

Professional and prompt service and sorted through some annoying little bugs along the way with a minimum of fuss.

Rebecca was one of the best property conveyancers we have used. Responded promptly to my texts, emails & phone calls. Always polite, very professional and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend Rebecca to anyone needing a conveyancer. I would use her again.

Fantastic conveyancing service. Rebecca was extremely helpful throughout & communicated things in a clear straight forward manner. Always got in touch if needed to clarify arrangements. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience with QCG, and particularly Rebecca was outstanding. Prior to settlement, The vender proceeded to throw up numerous challenges, however Rebecca casually and calmly resolved each one. Outstanding customer service !
