Been struggling with debt for years now due to my mental health state finally I got courage to seek help and once I started to speak and explained my situation I was so relieved that there was no judgement involved just so much support and all I can say I can't thank enough to Quality Insolvency services and all their staff for supporting me through all process and now I'm on IVA with one affordable monthly payment and finally can see a better future .

I was having a lot of troubles after a major incident in my life. Things started spiralling for me to the point where I had bailiffs at the door.
I have been working 2 full time jobs to try and get myself back to normal with payments.
The last straw was when I had a bailiff attempt to take my car which I need for work this persuaded me to get and I'm so glad I have.
I have gone from paying £6-700 to £183 a month in debts and I can finally get back to living life.

Clear explanation of the full procedure was given and positive reasurance throughout. Each of the choices to manage your debt was given and then it was down to you to make your decision basd on your circumstances.

Amazing from the initial phone call, spoke to a lovey gentleman called Daniel, didn’t judge me and made me feel comfortable and at ease, the whole process was very easy, I’ve gone from worrying about court dates and threats from companies to making one affordable payment without the worry of anyone coming after me, no question is too small for them, can easily talk through WhatsApp which is ideal for me, would recommend if you’re struggling with debt these are the guys to help! Qis are brilliant , we was struggling with debt which started from the first lockdown and spiralled out of control. Qis are totally non judgemental and have got us on course to becoming debt free. Staff are so friendly and helpful and there for when you need them. They do all the hard work for you and keep in good communication to make sure you understand every step of the way. If you are struggling and can't see a way out of your debts then these are the guy's to go to. 👌

It is a hard thing to talk about when you feel like you have initially been in control. It is a worrying or even scary experience to even pick up the phone. As someone with social anxiety and autism I can say wholeheartedly that the QIS team truly do listen, care and have no judgement in why you have called.
