Sheer greed, stupidity, unprofessional CS from telesales, customer service and technical team support overall

When the login in ID gets approved with subscription paid, not issue.

Then, when getting technical support to assist and update new contact number, all HELLISH issue break loose like wrong customer first and last name, no such name, wrong email ID not linked to email login ID. Oh why you cannot login to your quickbooks online account when you had explained that your mobile contact number is already changed and login requires the STUPID 2 step secure ID.

But also watch out for the creepy increase in subscription rate if the account did not add in new users or subscribers after few months for new account in Year 2025

Justification like new AI tools, better reporting view which is more US based GAAP rather than IFRS view.

I am recommending small biz owner to switch to access alternative accounting software, please DO SO ASAP.

So very bad!!

So very bad. They don't care remotely about their product. If you want to waste time with QBO it will negatively affect your small business. No regard for loyalty, years of using the subpar product... Just blatant disregard for customers and absolute refusal to provide support for the product. SAD.
