No response once payment is done…
No response once payment is done ,initially I told I don’t have a resume please refere to my experience letter and they didn’t even check that and gave a resume for the sake of giving and then if you message no response from them

This organisation is highly unprofessional and careless. Once the payment is made, there is zero responsibility, zero follow-up, and zero support.
I informed them 5 days in advance about my interview. Despite this, they did nothing. I had to keep calling them repeatedly just to get basic interview preparation materials. Those materials were finally sent just one day before the interview, which is unacceptable.
When questioned, they openly admitted they had “forgotten”. Forgetting a candidate after taking full payment shows their irresponsible and incompetent work culture.
Their so-called no-refund policy feels like a deliberate trap. I understand no refunds in genuine cases or after a certain period, but this issue happened solely due to their negligence, which they themselves accepted. Still, they refused any refund or accountability.
This is very poor service, careless handling, and unethical behaviour. People should be extremely cautious before dealing with Qbay Careers. Think multiple times before paying them.
Worst experience. Not recommended.

1️⃣ You received interview calls exactly as promised
As part of your career plan, our primary guarantee is to help you secure interview calls, and we successfully delivered that.
We monitored your applications, ensured strong ATS matching, and supported your profile until the interviews started coming in.
This is the core service you enrolled for and it was delivered.
2️⃣ Interview assistance was provided and we offered it completely free
Interview support is normally an add-on paid service, but we still provided it to you free of cost, including:
Interview strategy discussions
Preparation material shared
Guidance based on your background and job description
We truly understand your frustration about one delay in sending materials.
Yes , we acknowledged the mistake, and we sincerely apologise for that.
Your feedback is valuable, and we have already improved our internal reminders because of it.
But despite that one delay, interview assistance was not ignored it was fully delivered.
3️⃣ Why refund was not possible (clearly explained during onboarding and multiple times on calls)
Our refund policy is very simple:
In your case:
✔️ You did receive interview calls
✔️ You did receive interview assistance
✔️ Our team conducted 7+ personalised calls explaining the process and the policy
✔️ Your request did not meet the refund criteria
For this reason not because of “strict rules”, but because the service was delivered a refund could not be approved.
We explained this calmly, respectfully, and repeatedly, before this review was posted.
4️⃣ Interview calls do NOT happen “just from a resume” , it is a long multi-step process we handled for you
