I had a detailed introduction, guidance meeting hosted by Ms. Rafsila. It was an excellent session where she explained in detail and clarified my doubts and concerns in the span of 30 minutes. It was an excellent experience, overall.

I had a small session with the staff. It was great to clarify my doubts about carrier goals.

I had a good session with this team , they clearly explained the process that we have to follow to build a good career path .

I just attended the introduction session of Qbay. It was a good session & the staff was really friendly & addressed all my concerns.

I would like to clarify that my review reflects my genuine experience.

Despite your statements, I did not receive any meaningful interview opportunities as you said even after 5 to 6 months. If you believe otherwise, I request you to clearly provide details of such interview calls.

Regarding communication, I have records of repeated follow-ups from my side due to delays and lack of updates.

The concern is not about upgrading plans, but about the quality and consistency of the service provided under the plan I originally paid for. So i requested to change to NHS package. As I was not receiving any use from the current plan.

I am open to resolving this matter professionally. However, my review is based on my actual experience, and I stand by it.

I had effective interaction session with the staff. Being in a new field of study, I have many concerns regarding the further steps I need to take for landing into an internship.Now I feel like it is manageable for me to land on an internship with the assistance of Qbay team.

I posted the first part of my review a couple of weeks ago. Didn't get time to post rest of the sorry because Qbay career won't arrange any interview calls in India. I had to find one by own.
Final Materials Promised by 24 December 2025
On 22 December 2025, I received the first draft of my “improved” CV prepared by Qbay Career.
To evaluate the quality, I checked the ATS score:
* Revised CV: 82/100 (via ChatGPT)
* My original CV: 86/100 (via ChatGPT)
* Revised CV: 78/100 (via Claude.ai)
Additionally, I noticed several issues in the revised CV:
* Broken words (e.g., “Profiler,” “Management,” “Hatfield”)
* Extra spacing and improper line wrapping
* Duplicated responsibilities
* Signs of keyword stuffing
* Possible hidden SEO-style optimization
Many modern ATS systems penalize keyword stuffing and unnatural formatting, which could negatively impact applications.
I was also informed that the number of revisions was limited and was asked to mention all required changes immediately to ensure everything was updated accurately.
They further stated that once the LinkedIn optimization was complete, the 1:1 training sessions would begin, which I could schedule based on my availability.

25 December 2025
After reviewing the CV they provided, I was extremely disappointed. To observe their professionalism and follow-up process, I did not contact them for three days.
On 25 December 2025, I messaged them with corrections regarding the CV. I noticed basic spelling errors, including incorrect spelling of the word “Profiler.” As someone who prepares students for spelling competitions, I found such mistakes unacceptable in a professional CV service.

27 December 2025
I received a “ticket for concerns” message from their operations team.
At this point, nearly two weeks had passed since I made the payment, and I had not applied for a single job with the assistance of the Qbay Career team.

29 December 2025
I realized that the program was structured as a 90-day program. However, I was informed that the first month would be dedicated to preparation before the 1:1 sessions even began. This meant that the actual job search support had not yet started, despite my urgent visa expiry situation.
Given that my visa was due to expire soon, this structure was not practical for my circumstances.

1 January 2026
I received the second and supposedly final draft of my CV after the requested corrections were made.
After this, there was no response from Qbay Career.
I did not contact them intentionally, as I wanted to see whether they would follow up proactively.
They had asked for my LinkedIn credentials for optimization purposes, which I provided. However, after two days, there was still no response. To verify whether they were actively working on my profile, I changed my LinkedIn password. There was no communication or indication that they were analyzing or updating my profile.

13 January 2026
One month after making the payment, I realized that I had been misled.
I called them and formally requested a refund.
They clearly stated that a refund was not an option.

15 January 2026: Meeting with Management
On 15 January 2026, I had a meeting with the management team. During this meeting, they admitted that they had made a mistake by not maintaining regular communication with me.

23 January 2026
I sent them a follow-up message on 23 January 2026. There was no response.

19 February 2026
As of 19 February 2026, I am currently back in India.
Qbay Career is still operating. However, regarding my issue, there has been no resolution, no proper follow-up, and no accountability.
My concern appears to have been ignored entirely.

I Took the premium plan. Let me be honest with my experience and share both positives and negatives. They gave me a decent CV, made really good content on that. I appreciate that. But the state of job applications they made on my behalf is really really horrible. They promised to make 20 to 25 applications per day. But they could only make 14 to 19 max, that too very terribly made applications.
The mistakes made on that were severe. Such as incorrect employer details (saying I am working at McDonalds, I have never worked there, even my CV says I am working in a software job), incorrect education details (saying “Some Post-Graduate Studies” instead of a Master’s in Computing) , incorrect answers to screening questions (such as I am NOT comfortable travelling to office for work, I am not eligible to work in the country that I am applying to, answering NO to technologies that I actually have experience in), they even said wrong gender. The quality of cover letter is so miserable, with just a few generic words from chatgpt. No details of what company or what position you are applying, my details such as email, phone, github, linkedin, nothing. Sometimes they upload the wrong document instead of a CV.
Even after making very good applications and cover letter, we are still rejected, so imagine the state if the application itself is so bad. After all this I didnt want to continue the service, but they wouldnt give money back for unused services even though it had only been one week of doing these applications.
They agreed to assign a very professional new associate, who promised to handle these well. And after day 1 with the new associate, the job applications are still bad, answering no to my eligibility to work, wrong CV. They dont care if you get a job or be successful. But I thought they would atleast do a basic service of what was promised. They are using us desperate jobseekers for business.

I just had an introductory session. Team member explained me well related to the services they could provide. Every thing was clearly explained and presented to me.
