Neither withdrawal nor topup.

I topup twice 2 months ago. But I didn't received it yet. When reach out and asked to fix it, their responsed is that they are fixing it for 2 months😅.

Finally, my cards are not working at all and even I can't withdraw my funds🤧

No cards, no refunds, no money

I haven't received a refund in months. Pyypl card payments were declined at two different stores. Nevertheless, the money was debited in the app, but Pyypl refuses to credit it back to the account, citing some "technical difficulties". (Two claims, first number is 385306, another was not provided by Pyypl). Support does not answer.

Today I found out that the cards are not available at all, top-ups and withdrawals have not worked for several weeks.

Another scam. ADGM notified.

UPD: No response from support no matter what reaction on Trustpilot below the review

It was the worst experience. The service was very bad, my account was locked for no reason for a long time with a big amount. I filed a complaint and no one responded until now. No refund For more than a month

I have filed a formal complaint with the ADGM Registration Authority (RA).
Fraudsters A month ago, more than 30 days ago, the merchant refunded them, but they are thieves. Everything they give back after weeks. We will return your money, but that does not happen. I do not advise anyone to use this card. Refunding money on all cards only takes 4 days, but here it is months to no avail. I will sue you. Hey scammers, note: I will adjust the rating if the problem is solved, and I will not use the card after today

Top-up channels are under maintenance

I have been using Pyyp for months now, and until recently, I was quite satisfied with their service. However, for the past month, I have been facing a significant issue that has greatly impacted my experience. The top-up channels have been under maintenance for an extended period, and there is no clear communication on when the service will be restored.

This lack of transparency and prolonged downtime is incredibly frustrating. As a customer, not knowing when my card will be functional again makes it difficult to manage my finances and plan for everyday expenses. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, but their responses have been vague and unhelpful.

A reliable card service is essential for financial stability, and the current situation is unacceptable. I urge Pyyp to address this issue promptly and provide clear, timely updates to their customers. Until then, I cannot recommend their services to anyone in need of a dependable financial solution.

PYYPL SCAMMED ME FOR 2405$

Absolute poor Service!!

Absolute poor Service. Selective scammers. Will approve withdrawals, deduct money from your account but will not credit the recipient. Can’t withdraw money from virtual cards as the cards aren’t accepted on many platforms. Will not recommend anyone using this service in Africa. It’s absolutely trash

THEY ARE DOING SELECTIVE SCAMMING. DON'T EVER LEAVE YOUR MONEY INSIDE PYYPL FOR LONG. I am very very disappointed with pyypl. I was refunded for a transaction and provided them with the proof of the refund since february of 2024 up to date, they refused to credit my account. I cannot forgive you for this money, you will repay me in the hear after and if you don't believe in the after life, i pray your business crumble if you don't return my money. Ever since my case is opened they only reply me in an interval of no less than a month. I detest every deceitful word that comes from your mouth. IT HAS BEEN OVER SIX MONTHS NOW SINCE THEY HOLD MY MONEY AND EVERY MONTH THEY WILL SEND YOU AUTOMATIC EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT, WHO TAKES 6 MONTHS TO CREDIT A REFUND.

I do not recommend anyone dealing with this company at all. It was the worst experience. The service was very bad, disrespectful to customers, my account locked without reason from more than 2 months with (1070$ ). I opened a complaint, and no one responds and I cannot get my money or use the account. The only solution for me now. I have go to Abu Dhabi. I was assigned to go to them within a week and I will take legal action against this company. I will report the company to police. I have already contacted the ADGM , I will undo all of this only if my issue is resolved and this is my ticket number is 406202

It's a SCAM.

* It's a SCAM. This App has a downtime of over 80% and it'll be always under some kind of maintenance, and they'll still charge you an "Inactivity fee" every month for the service that you cannot use.
* If you can survive very high transaction fees and still want to use this service, make sure to NOT keep any balance on the card. Only top-up according to your requirement and use it all.
* Customer service is also a big joke. The responses that you'll see under reviews are automated and the actual customer support is very slow and useless.

Unfortunately looks like a scam

I topped up their card and tried paying on two sites (Patreon and Bongacams). In both cases the money was debited from the card but did not reach these sites (the sites gave a payment error and informed me that I needed to contact the payment service).
I sent e-mails to their support several times, but the issue is not solved. It's been a month already and the problem is still not solved. I think they are scammers.

Update 17.07.2024:
They refunded the Patreon payment. But the payment for Bongacams has not been refunded yet. I hope it won't take another month. I have provided them with all the details of the Bongacams payment via email.
P.S. If you don't have enough staff to resolve issues within an hour or even a few days, you definitely need to increase the number of employees. I recommend that you triple the number of your employees. Because waiting times of several months are absolutely unacceptable.

Update 18.07.2024:
They refunded the Bongacams payment. But they still have my money. I asked them via email how I can get my money back from their card to my crypto wallet.

Still no reply from them.

Estou extremamente insatisfeito …

Estou extremamente insatisfeito com o atendimento do Pyypl "People" . Há dois meses, solicitei um reembolso de um produto que havia esgotado. No entanto, até agora, não recebi nenhum retorno ou solução para o meu problema.

A falta de comunicação e a demora para resolver essa questão são inaceitáveis. Espero que a Pyypl tome providências imediatas para resolver meu caso, pois essa situação está causando muitos transtornos.

Não recomendo os serviços deste banco até que melhorem significativamente o atendimento ao cliente e agilizem o processo de reembolso.
