We turned to Pyro Fire in the hope of a professional and thorough approach to our fire safety. As an Academy which manages schools estates we need to ensure total compliance. We have to say that Pyro Fire are delivering in spades and it is giving us much more piece of mind that we have such support. The additional online database is superb and gives us an additional management tool to work from, this is something you do not get from other providers. I have also spoken to Pyro Fire outside of the contracted works and they are always willing to help and have come to our aid quickly and get straight to the point, showing true subject knowledge and experience. I have been in this business too long to not see genuine quality and competence. I would therefore not hesitate in recommending them to any organisation.

I used Pyro Fire to get the risk assessment done for a HMO. Service was professional, quick and helpful. The whole process was well explained in advance. Report was received quickly and it's really nice when you can call back and discuss everything in detail. Will use them again.
