Erreur de leur part sur les dimensions du plat mais refuse la prise en charge du retour.
Très déçue.

Très bien reçu ma plaque pour muffin dommage c est fabriqué en Chine

Le service après-vente est très réactif.
J'avais commandé une cocotte en fonte émaillée,
qui présentait un petit défaut.
J'ai fait une réclamation, et après un bref échange de mails, j'ai reçu une nouvelle cocotte, dont je suis très satisfait.

No customer service. We have a near new set of smaller Pyrex bowls and the lids are just crap. Many dont fit. Way too loose. Only ever been washed in top rack of dishwasher which says is safe to do. Never in microwave. We have cheap old plastic bowls with lids probably some decades old that still fit snug and seal fine. Customer service never responds.

I have some small pyrex bowls that came with red plastic lids. The lids have deteriorated and when I contacted the company they said there is a warranty and in order to get free replacements I need to supply the time and place that I bought them. I couldn't do this so they wouldn't replace them. Is a big company like pyrex so unprofitable that they can't replace a few plastic lids?

Une entreprise et des produits très sur-côtés. Globalement nous sommes loin d'être satisfaits des produits achetés chez Pyrex depuis quelques années. Il semble assez clair que la qualité a chuté dramatiquement.
De plus, le service client est totalement démuni et vraisemblablement inutile.

Très déçue par Pyrex: commande passée le 28/8/2025.
Ce jour 8/9/25, plus aucune nouvelle de ma commande.
Evidemment c’est Mondial relaiy qui est sensé livrer: plusieurs lieux de livraison modifiés sans raison valable.
Je n’ai plus aucune nouvelle et crains d’avoir payé pour ne rien recevoir.
Mail adressé à Pyrex reste sans réponse.
Aucun numéro de téléphone pour joindre un service client.
En résumé : je ne commanderai plus chez Pyrex.
Et bien sûr, fuir mondial relay !

DO NOT BUY.... literally exploded in my oven. Dinner ruined

I got my vacuum Pyrex dishes( 2) plus the pump, via the promotions on Morrisons more card. I have tried with various contents and when using the vacuum pump I do till I feel a slight resistance as instructions not to over do it, and the very next day they are not sealed as there is no need to squeeze the valve to release the vacuum, very disappointed, ok supposedly free but it did take £750 of spending £10 each time to qualify to get them, but I bought 2 similar vacuum containers from TEMU, for less than £10 and they keep the vacuum for days probably even weeks if I tried so I’ll give 2 stars as you can cook with these, but as for a lasting Vacuum, it just doesn’t cut it.

Je me réjouissais de pouvoir commander un produit français, hélas le livreur est mondial relai qui livre une fois sur deux dans un autre point que celui demandé.. la réponse commerciale de pyrex est des plus floue (serais-je remboursé après le retour du paquet?) et signifie clairement que personne ne prendra la peine d'exiger du livreur qu'il fasse son travail et remette le colis au bon endroit, ce qui aurait été le plus (éco-)logique et le plus économique pour moi comme pour pyrex.

Moules de cuisson solides, expédition rapide. J'ai commandé chez eux deux fois et j'en suis très satisfait. Produits français originaux.

J'ai acheté des boites de conservation en verre de la marque Pyrex avec leurs couvercles en plastique.
Quelques semaines après, tous les couvercles ont été fissurés, matériaux très fragile. Je me connecte pour commander des couvercles de rechange, j'ai eu une impression de pigeon ! me faire arnaqué parce que le couvercle à environ 6€ plus frais de livraison 5,5€ !!!
Mais quelle raquette. Je jette les 3 boites et tant pis.

I have been using Pyrex casserole dishes for a long time and always been very happy with them. The only downside is that they eventually get chipped and if you drop them are inclined to break! I was given two new casserole dishes recently and was surprised to find that the design has changed. The new dishes do not stack properly with the old ones; they do not stand securely even on their own lids and the lids are not compatible with the older dishes. To add to this, they are now very difficult to hold onto safely using any kind of oven glove, due to the change in shape, size and surface texture of the handles. Not enough thought went into this design: it is a disaster.

Des points de revêtement ont disparu avec le temps en quelques années. Si on investi sur un faitout qui a une durée de vie de 3 ans, autant nous le dire.

Years ago, when living in the US, bought a lot of Pyrex glass storage containers with plastic lids. I need to buy replacement lids because they have all fallen apart. But here's the problem. Because the dishes were made in the US, I have to buy lids from the US only. The ones made for the European market won't work for these dishes. Only I no longer have a US credit card or shipping address and I have met a brick wall with this company. I asked if I should throw all my dishes away. The response: "That's your choice". NO IT IS NOT MY CHOICE! It is the choice of Pyrex to not supply lids to me outside the US.
Lousy service from a once great company. I was promised an email from a supervisor. I’m still waiting.

If you need some new plates or glasses for kitchen or microwave oven you really need to order from that guys, from what I know they also do make fantastic things like probably laboratory equipment anyway. Can we really make it?
