I have had my time wasted by Becca Ogle who appears no to know what she is talking about regarding Business insurance cover. I was told by her my insurance was 'Perfect" then apparently not.... Even though we work with Norfolk county council and Essex university with it....

Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Leon and Simon were both very informative and helpful.

Trust me when I say I am very blunt when I give reviews weather positive or negative.
Pymm and Co. actually deserves the 5 stars. They are friendly, competent and professionals.

They did not answer my questions and simply replied saying to call them and did not sign the email with their name.
I did an email enquiry because I wanted a written response. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would have called.

I disliked being called “darling” on the phone, by Tia. It was my first ever call to this office and I have never spoken to this lady before so I was rather taken aback to be addressed in this way.
I didn’t like it and hopefully this lady will take my feedback onboard and not speak to total strangers in this familiar fashion in future.

Our experience with Mel was excellent. She made every step seamless and completely straightforward for us. Such a stress free experience can’t recommend Pymm and Co enough

Leon Ramsden was amazing. I wasn’t the easiest person to get hold of but he managed everything smoothly, kept it all going along, and kept everyone happy. Wld definitely recommend Pymm
