I have been renting my properties through Pymm & co for many years, mainly deal with Mel who is polite and professional. All the staff are part of a well organised team that makes the letting process so easy. I have used the property lettings & property sales for many years and happy to recommend them.

On two separate occasions I was promised by representatives that I would be sent a video tour of a property at the time the in person viewings were being conducted. Both times I emailed and called several times in advance including on the day of the viewings. I still didnt receive any video nor an application and missed out on properties I was keen on. Very frustrating and really pathetic service.

Samantha is very professional and helpful with any queries that we have, always resolving issues in a very timely manner. Excellent service all round!

Great Start with Tia at Pymm & Co

Mel at Pymm and Co was friendly, helpful, and consistently responsive to my emails, which made the process much easier. She was approachable and clearly keen to assist wherever she could. There were a few instances where some details were incorrect or needed clarification, which caused a bit of confusion, but overall her support and communication were much appreciated.
