Orders sometimes take a little while to…
Orders sometimes take a little while to ship, but they always deliver exactly what was ordered, and it's so easy to upload the shopping list directly from OSM. I love the fact that postage is free and the packaging recyclable.

COMPETITIVE PRICE AND SPEEDY DELIVERY
Ordered NikWax cleaning products for outdoor gear. Competitive price at Project X and I prefer to order from independents rather than the Amazons of this world. Delivery was quick. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great service!
I only needed to order a small item from the store which was hardly worth the free postage. The order arrived very quickly with a lovely handwritten note attached. However, the colour of the item I had ordered was wrong (my fault!) and I had to order another one in a different colour. I even offered to pay for the postage for this one. The order was sent yet again very quickly, with no request to pay for the postage and another lovely handwritten note attached. Very impressed and delighted to receive this sort of service - I will definitely be using the store again in the future. Thank you so much!
