Product not as described

The product specified colours are completely not "as described". Do NOT consult the colour guide as it is FALSE ADVERTISING. The company is not willing to work with the consumer to find a resolution and it is now going to cost me thousands to rectify the problem. GO ELSEWHERE

Deliveries

Hi,
Was not impressed with the response from your sales team leader on a recent delivery. The reply regarding the size of vehicle which was not ideal for access to our business.A simple apology to start for the inconvenience would have gone a long way !

Dealt with problems well!

Had a terrible time with the delivery company, which was out of PVC cladding's control. However, the the way Amy kept me up to date and responded to my emails was excellent and reduced a lot of stress and frustration. When goods finally arrived undamaged and a complete order, they were of good quality. I will definitely use the company again because of how they dealt with it.
