this company has no quality control Ive bought three jigsaws made by them pieces missing not one or two several deffo not fun to put together dont bother buying their puzzles because you will never complete them plus they are impossible to contact they do not care about their policy to contact just a company out to rip everyone off with their piss poor quality control

Had to wait 14 days for delivery with no indication of when it was due to arrive.

I ordered some products but I a yet to receive them. There was no email to show it was dispatched. The tracking app hasn't showed it was dispatched either. They have not responded to my e-mails and the provided number doesn't connect. Please make an attempt to help us out as we have giving you our money. At least send an email.

My item didn't arrive and no response from emails

I have not received any notification that my order has been dispatched, and using the 'shop' tracking app, this shows that the parcel has not been sent which was ordered 1 week ago, as a gift for my sons birthday, which has now been and gone.

I have tried to contact Puzzles-and-games by telephone, but the number on the website does not connect at anytime of the day 'the user you are trying to reach is unavailable' is the message on every occasion.

Their website has also now gone down today, so looks like they have taken my money and run

Great price, but 0 packaging and game was left loose in a large box. It could have easily been damaged, though the fact it was a metal tin was probably the one reason it didn’t.

Would have got 5 stars other than for some minor confusion around dispatch. Nice folks and good selection of games.

I found the site while looking for a Top Trumps pack. After ordering it with some other items it turned out the top trumps set was out of stock and Chris got in touch to clarify the situation and offered a replacement. I didn't need a replacement, so took the refund. When my package arrived, Chris had added a bonus gift of a playing card set which was a very nice touch.

There was a problem with my order that was rectified in an exemplary way.

I'm sorry but I can't give you a review on the product as it wasn't for myself but was a gift for a boy who does not live near me so I have no idea how he has found it to play with. But I can thank you for prompt delivery.
