items still not received, no response on emails - spent a lot of money on this too. Ordered at the start of September - still no items

Didn’t receive my item, tracking is all over the place. Submitted a chargeback through my bank and got my money back

No stars absolute scam ordered gaming console 6th Oct apparently has been in London with evri for 2 weeks in London can't get in touch with them numerous emails stay clear of these scammers

Horrendous company. This has to be a scam, it has to be!!!! Fell for a social media post on 14th September, and after numerous emails and contact forms submitted, as of today 1st November not a single reply or any idea where or if my order is going to be delivered at all.

Will not let me leave zero stars. This company is a scam . Took 25.00 on 24th Sept for a jacket. Never received it, no contact from the company. Scammers, do not use this company

Placed order 29th September for a coat, trying to track it, it says it was delivered through my letterbox
Wrote loads of emails and no one got back to me absolutely terrible a nightmare
Think I have been scammed

Ordered a jacket . Said it was delivered 14th October. Never received. Sent two e/mails requesting refund . Still no response
Total scam . Won’t be caught out again😡😡

scam by the looks of it ordered a coat 4 weeks ago contacted them after 2 weeks and no reply , got a delivered notification but no proof of delivery or item delivered .

I ordered 2 coats and never received them.
AVOID this company! They don’t despatch anything and don’t reply to emails either. They just take your money.

took the bait and fell for a tempting offer on FB, despite shipping progressing well, it came down to delivery, and me, like others, have camera proof of abolutely nothing, i even believe the courier company are involved in this somehow also, as they categorically state that their driver (Thief) delivered it to the right place, and at the right time depiste me being able to prove otherwise, and they cannot provide me with a proof of delivery (As per their company policy) so yeah, same boat as many others,.. and couriers,. well.. evri ones favourite ;-)

No product and no replys. It said my order was delivered. I asked for proof of delivery as I hadn't received it but no reply. Obviously been had!

I ordered a coat from this company. I wish i had read these reviews beforehand. Over a month later and no coat, tracking says item returned to sender as the courier could not find my address. No response to my emails and no refund.

Terrible, dont order. I order a coat beginning of September and by beginning of October no sign of it. Was able to keep an eye on the tracking ok, and was assured it would be with me by a certain date and if it wasn't, I'd get a full refund. That day came and went and was told I'd have a full refund. No refund, no coat and no response from emails I've sent either. Lesson leaned

This company is a SCAM and I'm annoyed with myself for falling to it

Yep I’ve been scammed, saw an advert on instagram, placed an order, 4 weeks later no coat and tracking app says item is being returned to sender as they don’t have my delivery address, have checked and they definitely do! No reply to emails so im assuming no refund. 100% a scam!

One star is too much. This company should be zero. Avoid at all costs. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Like a lot of folk on here I also purchased this item through what seems a legit site.

I Knew something was up when i was told it was delivered on a day I was home and nothing seen on door camera.

No replies to any emails.

Made an order and paid priority shipping and insurance. Item has never arrived and the company do not reply to any emails. Avoid this company they are a scam and will just take your money and not send you the product. Stay away
