I needed to move our 7 year old Rough Collie Teagen from Cambodia to London, I did not want to send her as cargo, I wanted her with me as excess baggage.
I consulted 5 different companies, the first thing that stood out with Purrfect Pilots was they recognised Teagen was a valuable family member, not a cargo crate.
They prepared the most comprehensive quotation explaining every detail including the preparation work I needed to do with the vet in respect of rabies tests.
Their pricing was extremely competitive and fair for what they did.
They worked out a route for me with a direct flight to Paris and had their European staff collect me at the door of the plane and take Teagen and I to London by Car / van.
Their documentation required for immigration was so perfect the immigration staff immediately knew everything was in order and laughed and joked with us - Well I had saved Teagen the fat off the lamb from the meal on the plane!!
Jenn and Emelie were absolutely brilliant, to be honest, they delivered far far more than I expected, as I’m disabled they made sure staff were on hand to handle all our 7 cases and Teagen’s big crate.
Jenn and Emelie have become friends that we shall stay in touch with, it was really like we are part of a doggie family.
I recommend them wholeheartedly, having moved a few times, they stand head and shoulders above the competition.

team PP làm việc phải nói là nhanh gọn và chuyên nghiệp vãi, vừa rồi book team chuyển bé French Bulldog nhà mình từ Hà Nội qua Houston mà quá ư là mượt, team nói chuyện rất dễ thương với thông tin rõ ràng minh bạch nên bé nhà đi tới đâu mình cũng được các bạn gửi update hết, mà giá cả quá rẻ so với chất lượng luôn. Even when there was a problem with my pets vaccinebooks , they guided me until I was 100% understood of what's the next step I should do and fixed the issue for my dog Milo before we move to the next step of the travel process . It was very stressful but in the end we both managed to get from Germany to Thailand smoothly with their help . Highly recommended guys ! !
