La ropa de Puroego tiene buenos diseños, pero lamentablemente la calidad no está al precio que se paga. Unos pantalones comprados hace un mes, con dos lavados ya se manchan y tiñen, irrecuperables. Un jersey de hace un año, que apenas uso con axilas deshilachadas. No repito.

I placed an order on July 25th, with an expected delivery date of July 28th and a final delivery deadline of August 6th. The tracking showed a transit issue, and after contacting customer service, I was told the problem was resolved. However, the very next day the tracking showed that the order was being returned to sender.

Since then, despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have received no further communication. My last request was for a refund, yet it has gone completely unanswered.

This lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. A company that ignores its customers and fails to provide either the product or the refund cannot be trusted.

I had to return some clothes (twice) because their sizes do not always match their measurement guides. Also, you will most definitely have to have the trousers tailored afterwards because they all have the same leg length regardless of size, at least the trousers I bought were affected by this. I am happy with the clothes I have now, but severely annoyed that they did not pay for the return shipping which they promise on their website. So now they owe me approximately €70 and haven't responded to my inquiries.

Don't buy here if you can find similar clothes somewhere else - unless you can go to their actual stores and try on the clothes. The brand suffers from a lot of poor execution and subtle lies if they can get away with it.

El trato ha sido ejemplar. El dueño es muy amable y la chica que nos atendió ha sido muy eficiente, atendiendo en todo momento todas nuestras necesidades.

Hice una compra en la tienda online de PuroEGO y solicité su cancelación menos de cinco minutos después de realizarla. A pesar de haber contactado de inmediato, ignoraron mi solicitud y tramitaron el pedido igualmente.

Lo más grave es que enviaron la confirmación a una dirección de correo incorrecta (terminada en .es en lugar de .com), lo que impidió que yo recibiera información alguna sobre el pedido. Aun así, insisten en culparme por un supuesto error mío, cuando ya he demostrado que esa dirección de email ni siquiera existe.

He recordado varias veces mis derechos como consumidor, tanto según su propia política como bajo la legislación europea (Directiva 2011/83/UE), que permite cancelar un pedido antes de su tramitación o entrega. Han optado por ignorarlo todo, alegando simplemente que “ya se ha enviado”.

No sólo están incumpliendo su política y la ley, sino que además han demostrado una falta absoluta de profesionalismo y empatía. Su única solución ha sido decirme que espere a recibir el producto y lo devuelva por mi cuenta, pese a haber solicitado la cancelación en tiempo y forma.

Esta experiencia ha sido frustrante y demuestra un enfoque muy poco ético hacia el cliente. Si valoras un trato correcto, claridad y profesionalismo, te recomiendo evitar esta tienda.

Los diseños están bien, pero es cierto que los materiales dejan que desear.

Por ese precio puedes conseguir mejores materiales en otras marcas.

Achat de pantalon à pinces . Ils sont de bonne qualité et valent leur prix . Malheureusement lorsqu’on habite en France le coup de livraison et la TVA font un peu mal. Mais ce n’est pas vraiment un défaut de la marque qui n’existe qu’en Espagne .

Dishonest site. I spotted nice white Gurkha trousers at only 70€, free shipping...until you create an account and log in : surprise ! There is a new price ! Trousers are now 85€ with additionnal shipping costs !
Really don't like those method so I will never order on that site.

Two pants ordered, a very great quality price ratio.

The package was never delivered by their DHL provider. The brand turns against the carrier and pretends not to understand the fact that the package has not been delivered. The exchanges with the customer service are useless since they are of a total bad faith.

I spent more than 100 EUR of clothing and paid for a delivery about 50 EUR. I was never delivered and will never be refunded. I suspect that the package was never sent.

Let me start off by warning people not to use this incompetent clothing company.

Wrong sizes, Horrible Customer service, which takes days if not weeks to respond to emails. had to return my order for wrong clothing size on website listed as EU / IT size but the sizes are rather UK size.

lucky for me i used paypal for buyer protection and ended up getting my refund after a long case and alot of headache, did not get my shipping fee covered tho around 25€ down the drain there.
