This is my first vape pen after smoking for years. I really like the results I get with setting different temps and using different grinds, packs, air flow, etc
Only reason I don't give 5 stars is some of the instructions are not clear and I can't find reference with what to do with the oven screen, what is the deal with the half-moon shape and how should it be positioned in the chamber?

I found customer service to be offensive. They assumed that I was not following instructions properly and it turned out that their instructions were wrong. And I think they knew that. It would have been more respectful to come right out and apologize for faulty printed instructions and then be way more proactive when helping the customer with the proper step-by-step. Service was only acceptable because they kept on it.

The vaporizer that was shown was not on the sale list. I purchased a different version and it works but just not what I want. Let me know when the other one is available.

it’s hard to use and the water comes out of the air holes of the bong and burned my hand. do not buy! i reached out and still haven’t gotten a response to resolve my issue.

Only reason is because I haven't gotten it yet hasn't even shipped within a week and a half.

I waited patiently for their Black Friday deals in 2020, and it was well worth it. This is my first ever dry herb vape pen (I got the Magnum 3) so there definitely is a few weeks adjustment period to understand how much to pack it, what temperature settings worked best for me, and how much to inhale to get my desired high. I was really impressed by their detailed page of temperature settings. You can find this info on the "Blog" tab on Puri5's homepage.

My personal experience: I have a low tolerance, so I pack it halfway (sometimes less, sometimes more) and I use the glass bubbler attachment as often as I can for the cleanest hits. I start my temp off at 375, and I only keep it running for a very brief period of time. I'll take one to two puffs, and I'll actually shut it off as I'm taking my 2nd puff, to clear out any remaining vapor. I usually raise the temperature the more I burn through the remaining herb in the chamber before it's completely toasted. Again, with the bubbler, the hits are clean, even when the herb gets really dark brown.

Using the pen this way really helps you conserve your herb better if you know how to use it and works really well if you have a lower tolerance.

The only drawback is the time it takes for you to regularly clean and maintain your parts and keep them clean. Because the parts are smaller, you will want to clean it out after every 2-3 uses for best results. I advise saving up for an extra bubbler piece or two, so that way you don't always have to take the time to clean it-- you can just grab a new clean one, and clean your bubblers all in one go when you're ready. (whether you're cleaning one bubbler or three, it will take about the same amount of time)

In conclusion, yes, it's a bit of an investment, but it's worth it if you:

1) Want a convenient, portable way to smoke dry herb
2) Have a low tolerance and want a more effective way to burn through your dry herb supply more slowly and efficiently without ash.
3) Want super clean hits without using an actual full sized bong.

Keep in mind, the Magnum 3 can either burn through your supply faster than normal or slowly, depending on how you use it. If you have a high tolerance, pack your chamber full, and burn it with high temperatures-- you may end up burning through your supply faster than you anticipated. It's all about adapting to your Magnum and using it the best way that suits you. Worth it? I think so.

This little guy is awesome! I found only packing half full with a light tap down works great and I get ripped. Best part is the smell, virtually non existence. Only reason not 5 stars is battery life and price. You can pick up spare batteries and charges, but for 200 this should last longer. But for no smell almost worth a few extra dollars. Definitely worth it if smell is an issue.

Pretty sure there is something wrong with my magnum 2. The battery runs out after each use. How can I get this fixed

I've been doing this for ten years now and am very happy with the Magnum 3. The flavors that I get are fantastic and the bubbler is a nice touch.(still don't understand it lol) Great product no complaints

Received wrong item by mistake barely mentioned it and a replacement was on the way before I asked. The customer service was so good since they’re not requiring me to send back the new wrong battery, I just have to get the Magnum 3 and I can use it too. 😎

Checkout was ok, don’t think I had an issue with it. Now I am for the product feedback email which I am not so happy about, but I am trying to work with some staff members to get assistance.
